This place is so unprofessional. My wife had an appointment scheduled a few weeks ago. The people behind the desk said they couldnt confirm her insurance and said shed have to pay for the appointment even after she verified the visit was covered herself. So she rescheduled until they could verify it and they charged her $50 for a no call no show. We were physically there at the building. We called and spoke to Patty and she said that charge shouldnt have been on the account and scheduled her another appointment for today. The one thats supposed to "greet" you at the door had an attitude and basically screamed at my wife saying she owed them $50. She explained that she spoke to Patty but she wasnt there. I dont know the "greeters" name, but shes a fat Mexican lady with black hair. Very rude, very unprofessional, and we wont be going back. NO STARS. They seem to be more worried about money than the well being of their patients. My wife said she was sick and explained her symptoms but the doctor ignored her and began to ask will insurance cover this or were we paying. She totally disregard what was going on and walked out of the exam room when she realized we were paying.

This place gave my wife so many problems yesterday the all Spanish staff was very rude and 1 even physically grabbed her...and out spit I even believe she didnt call 1 of our prescriptions in ...I called back about 4:00 yesterday they told me they would call it in but never did...my children have been going to her for years but they want be back. ...so disappointed

The girls at the front desk are very nice ! Dr. Rana is great she sometimes walks around like shes tired all the time but she answered all the questions I had I bring all of my teenagers here!

The doctor and staff are very great! The wait time is not so long ,pretty short and quick as well as the consultation . I would definetly recommend to others!
