Why they made us come into the office for test results vs. just giving them over the phone is beyond me. But making us wait all weekend (day #12 since the initial visit) and then making us wait an additional 2 hours & 8 minutes past our appointment time to see the Dr. is even more ridiculous. If they are that freaking busy, they could have saved themselves a lot of time and saved us 3 hours by just giving the *everything looks good* test results over the phone last week! They had me worried sick all weekend that something was seriously wrong with my childs test results. Why else would you have to go in person to get results??? This was our 3rd time there (same issue, just trying to find out if it was serious). The first two times were a 1.5 hour wait to be seen .. beyond the scheduled appointment time. They seem nice, but really need to get their schedule worked out where patients dont have to sit unreasonable amounts of time waiting. Today they said they have 1 Doctor and 2 Physicians Assistants, and that one of the PAs had quit last week without notice, making the schedule overbooked for the 2 who were left to see patients. I can understand that, but a little advance notice that there might be an extended wait would have been nice. I was on pins & needles waiting to see if my child had a serious medical issue that warranted us getting results in person. :(

I have going to them for 6 months now and I have had it! It can take to up to 2 hours waiting in the waiting room (you dont make an appointment to see the doctor, you make an appointment to wait in the waiting room), then after being taken to the examining room and telling them why you are there and having your vitals checked it can take another 30 minutes or so before a PA will come and see you (Ive never seen the doctor at that office, except when he came into the room looking for someone else). You have to plan to spend a half a day there. Now they require me to make an appointment each time I need a refill (which can turn out to be a monthly thing). I am NOT going to waste a half a day just to get a refill! And besides that, they have had trouble with their equipment. From tests going bad to broken equipment. (Theres one X-ray they have taken that wont come up on any of their computers except their main one.) The people there are friendly, I do like them. I just got tired of their services.

This place is ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours with an appointment and still was not seen because I requested a refund of my co-pay. They initially refused to refund my money and I requested that they call the owner of the clinic to the front. I also think the staff is incompetent because the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing or the doctors has the staff trained to run as many tests as possible to pad his pockets with money. I will never step foot in this place again. This doctor is preying on the poor and providing poor treatment and customer service.

The wait is HORRENDOUS!! (Over 3 hours!!). Dr. OGWU is very cold & demeaning. He does not and will not take the time to do a thorough medical exam. After waiting for 3 hours, he only saw me for less than 5 mins. During my appt., he was more concerned with what he was having for lunch that day. Dont expect him to do follow up paperwork for insurance purposes. If you are truly sick or have ongoing medical issues please take the time to find a REAL DOCTOR who truly is concerned for your health & well being.

I like the service you receive but you wait two years in the front then they make you wait for two more hours in the back but you can only be seen for one thing when you go to the doctor to me this only using the medicare/ medicaid this is abuse your insurance and times already hard. The sad thing he is a good doctor and person he just need to correct these two things time you be in the doctor and see you for everything that day instead wanting you to continue to return every day for service.

Worst! DO NOT GO THERE! I needed the paperwork for the immigration office and it had to be in a sealed envelope so I didnt see it. They didnt compete it right and it almost got my case denied. They dont give a damn about their clients. They are extremely slow and a rip off. With fully covered insurance I had to pay $450.00 and I spent over 3 hours at the office waiting it didnt matter that I had an appointment ! WORST MEDICAL CENTER EVER!!!

Last couple of times I was there for a follow up visit, they were clueless why I was there. They have had me take countless tests that I did not request just to run up medical bills. This place is a rip off of government tax dollars. I got an epipen because I have seasonal allergies. Their objective on every patient is to run up a check for your insurance to pay.

It is 1:31pm Oct 20, 2015 and i have been here since 8:30 and still havent seen a doctor, this is my third visit and each time visit has been 6-7 hours this is ridiculous, this will be my last time at this office and I advise anyone that wants to visit this office to STOP, you may as well be on their payroll

If I could rate a zero, I would! My initial visit I spent 4.5 hours in the office for a thyroid test (which is ONLY blood work) It is seven days later and my results are still not in. This facility, doctors, medical assistants and receptionist are all rude and ignorant (literally).

Zero stars for this place. Horrible service. Made an appointment and still took 5 hours for simple follow up. Waited in the back 4 hours to see somebody. After all the waiting they gave me the wrong medecine.

Need to get a prescription refilled Ive been waiting for 2hrs. To see a Dr. Or PA to write the prescription. They would not renew without a visit...so I sit and wait when this could be done very quickly.

I love my doctors they listen to me and fix the problems and get me to the right physicians needed if they are needed else where. All the staff are friendly and have good bed side manors.

Dr. Ogwu is very patient with each person. He comes to the lobby and greet everyone. Who does that? Only Dr. Ogwu. You cant help but love him. And he loves God!
