Estuve ahí el 23 de Enero. Las personas en la recepción son muy groceras y te atienden como si te estuviera haciendo un gran favor al hablar uno como paciente. Me picaron tres veces tratando de sacar sangre para mis análisis y la chica parecía como si fuera su primer día de entrenamiento. Tuve que ir a otro lugar para que me pudieran sacar sangre. Dos días después de mi visita les hable para pedir hablar con el Doctor respecto al los medicamentos que me recetó. Me tuvieron en espera por casi 30 minutos. Colgué y les marque otra vez y de un modo muy rudo me dijeron que les diera el numero de teléfono y que me hablarian. Hoy es Febrero 1 y hasta la fecha no me hablaron después de tres intentos míos en comunicarme con ellos. Quería avisarles que de toda me medicina que me recetaron. Mi hígado me estaba doliendo y que me desmaye dos veces. Hoy hable y me tranfirieron con alguien que no supo darme nada de respuestas. Solo que si tenia preguntas tenía que ir y otra vez y pagale al Doctor por otra consulta. Que por su puesto ya he cambiado de Clínica por el trato a mi salud. Y por la razón también de que ese lugar Está muy sicio. No representa una clínica limpia y organizada. Puedes aprecias las rendijas del aire todas negras de la suciedad que hay en los ductos del aire. Vas ahí a sentirte mejor. NO a enfermarte.. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR A NADIE. Hay más clínicas que por el mismo precio que hacen mejor trabajo atendiendo al paciente... Y es verdad y Doctor si apuras penas te Checa o habla contigo.

The front desk lady was rude. My mom was trying to explain something to her about her insurance and the lady was making a face at her while she was talking. Then she proceeded to talk rudely about my mom to another lady in the office in English thinking my mother didnt understand. My family will definitely not be going back again.

Had a rubber band with someone elses dried blood put on my arm n alls the nurse said was o its dry also got poked 3 times in the arm didnt get any blood work done cause they didnt get any out doctors were very rude and dont like being asked questions and play stupid and cover for one another smh not going back

They do not manage their time correctly and have people waiting for hours before even going into a room. And once in the room they take another hour to get to you. It is irritating and they dont even have enough employees. Not a good place to go to and waste your time in

The doctor was no help at all. She didnt even check me. I was very unsatisfied with my visit. The repsetiones also seem in a bad mood. I was still polite though. I would never suggest anyone to go here. They are not very good.
