I went and ended up leaving. I was a new patient so I knew it would take a bit more time than normal so I arrived almost 20 minutes early. I didnt have my insurance card (it hasnt come in the mail yet). But, in the past the receptionist would just call them for me and give them my information. However, they asked me to call. The call took forever and they transferred me around 7 or 8 times until I finally gave up and just called my roommate to ask him to log into my account on the computer and give me the number. I gave this to the lady and then she asked me for a number so she could call and verify. I told her what happened and just gave her the number that I knew first. BUT in my head I am thinking 1) you dont have a number on file to call? and 2) why didnt you just call in the first place... After about an hour of waiting I decided to leave and just go see another doctor. I feel too sick to wait around in the loud waiting room with the TV on full blast and all of the crying children. I do not recommend this place.

Oh my God!!! I loooooooove my doctor and alllllll of the staff... Recently my insurance was in the process of changing and I would not dare go to another insurance that didnt accept forest clinica. When I found an insurance that would accept MY doctor I was soooooo happy. Ive never liked going to the doctor however when I first met Dr. Ledezma and his staff, I was at ease. You can tell he cares about his patients and wants them to get better. I also hate taking medications, but the way the staff treats you like you matter makes you leave and regularly take your meds. Its also helpful that there is a pharmacy on site so you wont have to waste time at another pharmacy. Theyre also excellent with children. Vickie and Verneice are awesome and are very loving and professional... I looooooove my doctor...

0 stars PEOPLE at the doctors place need to stop making fake profiles to put this I love my doc is b.s.. Ive been a patient for a yr let me tell u worse yr of my life. Having osteoarthritis is painful they send u to places that dont accept ur insurance when u call they do not return calls. They give u medications with no refills unless u go back. This place stinks the people that answer the phones do not give messages to the doc. They make racial comments about the patients I will never return to this place and I am filing a complaint Im so sick of the bs. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! He will persrcibe you medication but only a 1 month supply. And he wont approve your refill request unless you come back for another visist a pay another co-pay. They completely ignor prescription refill requests from your pharmacy. When you call them they will say they never got it but wal-marts automated system sends them a fax automatically when you make a refill request. The short receptionists with the big eyes is super rude. I shouldnt have to pay a co-pay and take a half day off work just to get a refill every month.

Expensive, went for yearly check up which was covered by my insurance , they draw blood and said we cant do them you have to go to Quest lab, went there again and give blood, had to pay for that and they assigned an appointment to review my results (clinica), had to pay for office visit which is $49, what they did ! Read what ever the results are and that was it, reading from results which anyone could have done. Any way bad experience will never visit again. (I didnt see a doctor, only assistant doctor )

Please stay away from this place. They try to push drugs on you even if you dont need them plus my son had blood work and they lost his blood. It is the worst place ever run from this place. No one knows what they are doing. They pack patients in this place like rats. Your wait time is about 2-3 hours and then the doctor spends maybe 5 minutes with you. I give this place a zero star. If you want quality care you will stay away from here.

My mom brings me to Dr. Ledezma. All of my life (17 years) Ive been terrified of needles... The nursing staff has helped me to overcome my fear. I love coming to this doctor. When I go to college in another state , I want to keep him as my family doctor... hes awesome. He also helped me clear my eczema as well as acne. Im beautiful.. lol... thank you Dr. Ledezma and all the staff.

I finally found a clinic that was able to see me the same day I got sick without an appointment with no waiting time at all, they were able to see one of my children that has a chronic problem as well, all of this in less than 45 minutes as a new patient. Am definitely give you guys a five stars, Dr. Ledezma and the staff such a great blessing. Keep up the good work

My Children have seen Dr. Ledezma and he is a very intelligent, pro active doctor. He always is available and knows what to do whenmy kids feel there worst. My experience for 3 years now at this clinic is 5 Stars!!
