My husband and I were patients of Dr Santoscoy for about 5 years. I dont like going from doctor to doctor, but in this case we did not have a choice. Everytime we had an appointment, we would come out stressed out. We would wait to see him over an hour on most occasions. One time my husband was 12 minutes late due to heavy rain. He was going to be seen because his blood pressure was dangerously high. He got turned away for bein late!! As for the doctor himself, he would change my husbands meds too often and was always too rushed to listen.

Its always a hassle to speak to nurses. Ive never meet my doctor always seeing PAs. You would think it would be more personable because of the location but its not. They seem so limited on how they are able to help referring everything to insurance and billing. Hard to believe they are so limited even though they advertise a diversity of doctors and services. I gave them two stars because schedulers have great service always polite

I agree with the previous review on Dr. Santoscoy always seemed to be rushed to listen and would not address our concerns but have a nurse come in and speak with us. He did all my health checks but I told him about that I coughed a lot and he said it may by allergies. I hope my next doctor there will be a little more concerned with my health questions and concerns.

Dr. Bill Gonzaba and his team has been contributing to San Antonio for a very long time and they have done outstanding job for seniors and families in South side. They have helped people in their time of need and very have been very happy with their services for my parents. The team at the Culebra location urgent care was very helpful to take care of our issue.
