Got to this clinic at 10:30am. They did blood work an hour later. Put me back in the waiting room for another hour. Escorted me in another room and told me to take my clothes off and sit. It was another hour of sitting around naked after being here a total of 3hrs 20minutes with a paper towel cloth on waiting to be seen in this extremely cold building. Payment after insurance will still be $300 out of my pocket. The total time I was in the office was 4hrs 24mins. My suggestion is to find an alternate option besides planned parenthood cause it seems to me like youre just a number here and they could care less about you until it comes time to collect your money.

The nurses know me every time I come in to pick up meds, theyre always really nice. The woman performing my exam was very gentle, friendly and professional- nobody likes getting that exam, but she made it as pleasant as possible! She was a cancer survivor with a great attitude, really inspiring. I only wish the hours went a little longer later in the week or had occasional Saturdays, but they do have some longer hours early in the week.

Every time I try to call and set up an appointment, their phone seems to always be off or "busy". At their other location, they had me waiting for an hour in the room even though I had an appointment. When I went to ask if they had forgotten about me, they said the doctor will be in shortly. 30 minutes later, she finally shows up. (Mind you, the office was empty, I was the only patient in there.) Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

It was the worst experience I went in had blood work done waited an hour called back DURING BUSINESS HOURS no answer . called Saturday rude lady answered said she couldnt tell me anything. Called all day Monday again DURING BUSINESS HOURS kept putting me on hold. Finally drive down there to get the results & not even an apology or anything for all the inconvenience FIRST & LAST time I ever go there again

I called yesterday to make an appointment I asked how long does it normally take for an appointment to get birth control I was told 1 hour shouldnt be any longer. So I made a late appointment I have now been her for 2 hours 22 minutes wth! Would not recommend just go see your actual OBGYN this is ridiculous!

Ive received the best care from this location, and they were all very friendly and gave me the information I needed to begin birth control. My only concern is that activists have been targeting this and the Marbach location, making it very difficult to schedule an appointment.

Whats the use of an appointment if Im still going to wait 2 hours to be seen?! I only had a BC consultation and it took over 3 hours. I wont be returning to this location.

Very rude and sarcastic ladies, waste of time. Worst service. They do not offer the abortion pill so do not even try ladies. I would highly suggest Alamo reproductive.
