This clinic is so unprofessional! My sister was employed with this location and was bullied for the entire time she was there! The medical assistants and higher ups treated her like she was a nobody. Expecting her to know everything and not mess up after only being there ONE month- knowing they hired her with NO experience!!!!!! I work as a medical assistant in a pediatric clinic and we would NEVER treat a new hire that way! We understand that mistakes happen and would calmly correct the situation, without making the poor employee want to quit every single day! No wonder this clinic cant keep any employees! We here at my clinic havent had someone quit EVER! There is a difference in a clinic who is just there to make money and not care for their employees than one who values and appreciates them! I wish one of those doctors or MAs would of tried to treat me that way, it would of been a way different story!!!!!!!! So HEALTHTEXAS LEON VALLEY.....YOU SUCK!

I agree the staff is vey rude, never are very compassionate. Every time you call to schedule an appt they never have any availability until the next week. How are you to see a doctor if you are sick right then and they cant even schedule you for the next day. When you explain what is going on they always cut you off midway through explaining to let you know they have no appt. abailable. Then whey I told them it was time for me to get another Doctor she paused with silence and then I said ok just forget it I will look for another Doctor and she said "OK". They do not want your business!!!!

Staff was always friendly and polite, appointments kept within 15 minutes of scheduled time and knowledgeable MD. This is especially good since my husband has a rare neuromuscular disorder. They reply in a timely fashion when I leave messages on the App, so dont always have to go in when my asthma acts up.

Staff very rude and be ready to wait a hour or so before your original appointment time
