We had pros and cons to our recent visit. Pros- The dr was able to refer us to a specialist who was able to help him. They were willing to send what was willing to the specialist. Cons- The diagnosis was pretty off from what the specialist found to be wrong with my husbands knee. We were charged at the time of visit before billing our insurance company. The amount we were billed was 3 times what our insurance said we may owe them. Also we were billed over $400 for a basic knee brace that my husband was told he had to have (which he didnt at all). He was led to believe that was included in the cost that he had to pay at the time. To top that off the nurse put the knee brace on backwards.

Horrible.. The front desk nurse was super nice and the vital sign nurse was nice. BUT THE DOCTOR WAS BEYOND BLIND OR DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE TOLD ME MY SON WAS FINE THAT HE NOTHING WRONG WITH HIM. BY TEN PM HE HAD A FEVER AND EAR WAS DRAINING. HES DOCTOR WAS VERY UPSET HOW SOME ONE OF HIS PROFESSION WASNT ABLE TO SEE THAT!! MY SON ENDED UP HAVING STREP THROAT AND A EAR INFECTION!!!

I have been here a handful of times and by far this was my best experience. Everyone went to great lengths to make me comfortable and the nurse Rudy went even further and cleaned a cut I had on my finger that wasnt even part of my visit. Everyone was super nice.

Nathan Crowder, PA-C, provided wonderful care, had excellent bed side manner and was very helpful with my condition. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was seen in a timely manner and was able to resume my daily activities.

A few years ago my mom had a bad experience here, so I was a bit concerned about coming back. It ended up being a good visit. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. The building was clean and cool.

Rudy is awesome.... he kept my daughter calm by making her laugh and talking her through everything. PA Crowder did an amazing job stitching my daughter up and making sure she was aware of what was happening.

Theyre so slow it seems like they just drag their feet. The doctor is usually very rude. If the jourdanton hospital wasnt so bad I honestly wouldnt come here.
