My grand father and auntie went to this place when they had two nurse practitioners who were great! They were very very attentive to my loved ones needs. I believe their names were Jennifer moon and Maria DeWitt, these two knew their STUff and they were downright honest and loyal. it seems that there has been so much turn around and they along with their supervising physician have moved on. I miss and love working with the NPs but they cant keep any decent provider for some reason of the company. when you lost them two for what ever reason, you lost a lot, both military trained loyal and honest in every aspect of care, I give 5 stars for NP MOON and NP DEWITT. the rest of the staff is about money . I know this a lot but they were the best. I called about an appointment for either or to see where they went and they talked so bad about these wonderful professIonal women were great. I guess now we know w hy there is such a high over rate, they offer no benefits either, ALLSTAR REMEMBER YOU CANT GO AROUND LYING ABOUT PEOPPLE ESPECIALLY PROVIDERS, ITWILL COME BACK ON YOU, THIS IS SOMETHING YOU NEED! These to no longer work there and thing have truly changed for the worse

I have been going to AllStar Healthcare Physical Medicine, located at 7042 Bandera Rd., for at least 2 months for treatment for my knees. I have Osteo-arthritis, and my Orthopedic surgeon said I needed Knee replacement surgery. I did not want to go through the pain and rehab, so I looked for an alternative. I found AllStar Healthcare, and they have been such a blessing. The staff is very professional, knowledgable, and super friendly. I have been receiving "Hyalgan" treatments, which are "rooster comb" injections, and it is a huge improvement on the knee pain. I also do physical therapy there, and see the chiropracters there, Dr.Silva and Dr. Shannon. I have been feeling 90% better since being treated there, and continue my treatments. They do it all there and make you feel welcome and special. I highly recommend this clinic.

This place is a complete sham that takes advantage of people in pain. If you have Medicaid or workers comp and everything is paid for, then you arent having to spend anything out of your own pocket, that is the only way to go. I had to pay over $500 for a 15 minute "exam" and x-rays that werent even used. The MiRX Protocol is a complete scam and didnt help at all. The place is very unprofessional and staffed by a bunch of college kids. Music blares and the place is a dump. The "doctor" who runs the facility is supposedly a chiropractor but doesnt actually work on patients. The lady doing the adjustments does not seem like she is qualified at all. Avoid at all cost! I am embarrassed and disgusted that I gave them my money!

My husband and I have been going to All Star since October 2014. Our experience has been superb since day one. From front staff, technicians on the floor, practioners and physicians! All professionals who are more than glad to see you when you walk in to when you leave. This facility has been the only one in 7 years since my back injury who has truly helped get me back on the road to recovery enabling me to return back to work part-time as a massage therapist. (I had seen orthopedics, neurosurgeons, physical therapists and pain management physicians in the past to NO avail.) I am truly a walking/working testimony of the truly blessed work they do at this facilily! Thanks All Star Team ☺

I recently brought my one year old son to get his ears adjusted to help with an ear infection in both ears. We saw Dr. Shannon Silva and she was AWESOME!! She examined him and then let me feel what she was feeling, she also explained to me what it all meant. He did not cry once, she was so comforting and reassuring. He is doing so much better and has no more congestion in his nose which makes a mother feel so much better! The staff was so nice and well trained. They really know how to make the patient feel welcome. I am definitely going to bring him at least once a month to see Dr. Silva. THANK YOU ALLSTAR HEALTHCARE!!!

I love this place; since I started coming to this location; 12-6-2016. I have experience nothing but pain relief. I love the staff. And all they have done for me. I think they are all professionals in everything they do. Right now I am experiencing pain free on my knees. And I can go up and down the stairs in my home. I was thinking of moving downstairs; but not anymore. 5 Stars for all the professional staff in this location. Happy happy happy!! amen

I truly love this place! It is very different from other offices Ive been to. The whole staff if so very welcoming, and feiendly, and professional. Everyone is always smiling and so happy, they make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Allstar Healthcare for anyone with knee pain, arthritis, neuropathy, headaches, or even if you just want to feel better and have higher quality of life. You can even bring your children for care!

Hi. Im Maria Caribardi and Ive been going to Allstar since April 20th 2015. Im very satisfied with the staff and their skills. I went in for a consultation and through x-rays and testing found that I have more than knee problems. Ive been getting treated and am feeling a lot better thanks to an excellent team. Every time I go, Robin always greets me with a smile and it brightens up my day even more, always happy with a positive attitude. Shes such a caring person and really gets excited when her patients are feeling better... you wont find another employee like her.
