Weird office. I went once seen a female doctor. Next time I went I saw a different female doctor but for some reason she had to bring in an assistant to help her which I found odd. I know they do that with male doctors but I dont see the need with a female doctor and female patient but whatever. Didnt like that. The last straw was when I went for my last appointment I didnt Leave a urine sample because I didnt have to pee and they said I could wait til after. They must have forgot cause they didnt offer After. After my meds I still felt sick and wanted them to test my urine. Just come in and give them a sample to test since I never left one. And do it without paying since I never gave them one the last two times I came. Was supposed to get a call back and never did. UTI are serious and uncomfortable and docs get you in right away if you think you have one but this office could care less. I called several times and the last time they said I need to make an appointment to be seen and basically gave me the run around so I know no one is Gonna call but thats fine. Im going to PP today and that appointment they have me scheduled for coming up. I wont be there. Not going back. Too expensive for mediocre health care. Good bye!

I hadnt been to see a Dr in a long time so was happy when I finally went to see what was wrong with me. I was given sad news that I had Lupus by Reddy,Janie. I dont have insurance so has been difficult to seek medical treatment from a specialist after my diagnosis. Every document I have asked Reddy to sign so I can receive assistance, has been ok come visit me and pay your Dr visit of $45. And come to find out from staff, not all physicians ask for payment to fill out forms. Seems shes in need of money too. She has discouraged me from returning to this facility, thanks Reddy. I pray you get all the money you need to be happy, may God bless you.-Priscilla Guerrero

Clinic 2 has great customer service. I was greeted with a great attitude from the front desk to the doctor. The wait wasnt long, about 15 minutes.Parking wasnt an issue the first time I went and the bus stop is located a few blocks away.

If its wasnt for Dr. Van De Putte i would not return to this clinic. When calling in to the clinic be prepared to wait over 10 mins before someone answers, then when a rep. Does pick up they are extremely rude!
