Beware of this doctor! It took me for what it seemed like forever to finally be seen by him. So just be prepared to wait an hour or two in a small and cramped room with hardly any seats available for his patients. The staff seemed to be a little naive and not very helpful. I have never seen doctors or staff dress so unprofessionally. Dr. Bryant came in wearing a polo and jeans. One of his workers was wearing Air Jordan shoes and other flashy questionable clothes, with a lab coat on top. He neglected the use of wearing gloves, even while giving me injections and using a scalpel to remove a few warts. Aside from removing my warts, he was very persistent on trying to remove as many moles or blemishes as he could from my body. Before the procedure, he gave me a consent form to sign, saying that it was just so they could remove my warts. I stupidly signed it without reading it, as Dr. Bryant had just informed me what it was for. A couple months later, I get a bill for over $250 from a lab in Albany, Georgia. The bill stated that I owed them for lab tests they ran on my 3 warts. This was very unusual because I had 3 small common warts (none that needed any concern) and I gave no such authority to have them sent out to be tested. I called the office a couple of times before they finally got back with me (they seem to never answer their phone) and requested to see the consent form I signed saying that I was okay with biopsies. The form they sent me was the SAME form that Dr. Bryant summarized and had me sign, a basic consent form to remove the warts. However, instead of the wart removal box being checked on my form, the biopsy box was checked! They went behind my back to have my warts sent off without my permission or knowledge thereof just for some extra cash. So, beware of their scams and unprofessionalism. I will never be going back. P.S. - Dr. Bryants license has been suspended in the past and they have had some law suits on their hands pertaining to insurance fraud.

This office is HORRIBLE. I strongly urge you to not go. For my appointment, the waiting room was packed and I waited for quite a while. Dr. Bryant was very nice--but thats it. He didnt stay in the room long at all. He asked me a ton of questions, took a chunk of my scalp (without warning me or explaining what it was for), never actually told me what was wrong with my skin, and then prescribed four prescriptions. One prescription was over 300 dollars alone!!!!! And today, February 3rd, I still havent received the results of any test he ran from the sample he took from my scalp. He sent in a male nurse to do an allergy test on me--I didnt ask for this AND he didnt even tell me this was going to happen when he quickly left the room. They scheduled a follow up for me. When I get home I see that they gave me someone elses appointment card. I call back--they dont have me or the person on the card actually scheduled! After I learn about the price of the prescriptions, I call back and ask for something cheaper. (I know, at this point...why was I even still calling). I left message after message--no returned phone call. I spoke to the front desk clerk who assured me someone would get back with me that day--still nothing. Finally I just called and left a really nasty message and the nurse finally called me back. I asked her could he just give me the same prescription my last dermatologist gave me before I moved. She did. I got the prescription with three refills. So I will never return to Dr. Bryant and when my prescription runs out I will find a new doctor. He didnt do anything for the bill that he sent me. The prescription I received was more as of a result of my last dermatologist. The staff is unprofessional. And it really just seems like he wants to do whatever he can to make you spend money or come back. Never again. Dont do it. Please--save yourself!

DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS. I never write reviews. But this needed to be done, because its about peoples health. The practices unprofessionalism (from a customers viewpoint, obviously) engulfs any other positive about this place. Dr. Bryant, though a PhD, made me very feel uncomfortable and uncared for as he came into the room wearing casual attire (a t-shirt, and cargo shorts - think about what this speaks for itself). The interaction and diagnosis was very rushed without detailed inquiry. Without asking my treatment history and its effects, he went ahead and prescribed something he "liked," not necessarily something that worked for me (it was something I already tried and didnt work). Within like two minutes, he was out the door. While I waited in the back lobby for my prescription, which was a simple write up, I noticed it was very chaotic. Dr. Bryant was literally jogging between patient rooms and yelling to see who was ready and who wasnt. A lot of staff were busy gossiping and standing around. All of these resources could have gone to speed up the process for customers. There was also a disconnect between the instructions and medication Dr. Bryant gave and the directions the nurse wrote on the prescription. They were also out of samples and discount cards for the expensive medicines they wanted me to purchase. The longer I was in there, the more I regretted giving them my money, and wanted to leave ASAP. If youre looking for a professional place, and feeling of being properly cared for, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE. Maybe their practice will change in the future, but as of August 2015, please save yourself the time and money.

I went as a new patient about two years ago and decided to go back in March to start my treatments again. My first appt was fine. He never turned around to look at my skin but listened to me talk and ordered the assistant to write out my prescriptions. I was scheduled a follow up one month later. I go in for my follow up and after waiting 2hrs and 38 minutes to be seen I asked the receptionist if I could reschedule so that I can go pick up my daughter. She apologized and I rescheduled for today. Well as it was before (full lobby), Ieft today after waiting 2 hours. There was a guy in the lobby with me that had been there 2 hours before me and he still hadnt been seen yet. This was ridiculous.Way too many people with appts and office not big enough. I mean the customer service even sucked no one to apologize for the wait. Weird because, I thought I would be late for my appt today because of traffic. I called and the receptionist told me if I was late for my appt then I would have to reschedule and be charged a $25.00 late fee. What are they charged for making patients wait. Im over this office. They spend more time advertising his wifes shoe store and trying to get people to go shop during the wait instead actually seeing the patients as they schedule. This is the second time I took off work to come and a whole day of pay is wasted.

Ive been going to Dr. Bryant for about 4 years now and Ive felt the same way after every single visit. Ive been putting off finding a new dermatologist for awhile but this is the last straw. Hes always been the "rushy" type of doctor -- doesnt listen to your concerns, just hears a brief of what the nurse tells him & immediately he starts listing medications for you. I feel like hes more of a car sales guy than an actual doctor. Seriously, he does not even talk to you or listen to what you have to say. Every appointment of mine Ive only seen him for less than 10 minutes because hes always in a hurry, talks fast, and treats his patients like its a fast food service. He lets the nurses do half the job for him. I can tell hes also sponsored by a few companies so instead of choosing one generic brand for you (ex: name brands like tazorac or epiduo instead of retin-a) he gives you the name brand so HE can get money from it. My last visit, I couldnt even finish my sentence because he kept interrupting me to tell the nurse what to write down. I had to repeat myself 3 times, and on the fourth time he finally was ready. Its just rude & hes starting to really seem like a lousy doctor. & Im glad people are mentioning the awkward visit to his wifes shoe store, because I was very confused when that happened to me.
