The staff at this location have no sense of urgency or respect for proles time. They take there time and are rude to my son. When asked how much time the visit will take, the staff is rude when giving a response. I will never come back and would never suggest this place to anyone. On average my son waits 20 to 30 min before getting his shot, then the 30 min of waiting after. So a 30 min apt takes an hour plus.

Havent had any issues with the staff, or with wait times at this location. I am taking shots twice per week, and each time, im usually in and out within 35 minutes (including the 30 minute wait time after the shot).

Horrible, terrible, the worst dr office around. Our appointment was at 2:30 and by 3:45 we still had not been seen. When I asked when we would go back the lady said she didnt know, so we left.
