I have numerous complaints about this practice. The very first is the front desk staff, the Women are incredibly rude. The type of rude that is completely uncalled for and shocked me when I first came in for an appointment. Ive had multiple issues with their snarkiness and rude way of telling you just enough information to say they did their job. When you walk into the office the first thing you are met with is a trophy case of CPAP machines, which looking back at it should tell you something. This place is just a big sales pitch for CPAP disguised as a medical practice. Sure they do sleep studies and can send you for an EKG or MRI. But in the end the staff will not allow you to see your own records. I was told and I quote " You would not understand what you are looking at" I was told I have severe sleep apnea and sold a CPAP machine. The machine never changed my sleeping issue, instead of investigating my problem they went with their sales pitch and left me with a 1000 dollar machine I dont need. Later I picked up a copy of the tests that had been ran on me only to find out the information given to me was misleading. This office is taking advantage of people that are genuinely attempting to receive medical help. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE for your sake.

Its a bad sign when you walk in and there is nowhere to sit in the waiting room. You then see a sign that says you need to allow 90 minutes for waiting and appointment as this is a specialized practice. It appears they way overbook appointments and have no regards for patients time. (Yes, some of us actually have full time jobs). Well my last visit I would have been thrilled with 90 minutes. Instead it was over 2 hours. It wouldnt be so bad if I thought the Dr. cared at all about me and ran behind due to his personalized care. It was pretty obvious he was reviewing my records on the spot and couldnt wait to get on to the next appointment. He basically wants to over order on tests and has no concern that I have a huge deductible. He also doesnt have the radiologist write the reports and said he will write it. Never wrote the report. My other Physicians said this is quite odd and most Drs will have the radiologist write the report as they are trained specifically for this purpose. I think Dr Leschs focus is sleep studies and C-paps as thats where the money is. I saw little concern of empathy for potential neurological issues.

The clinic is nice and the testing went well. But about 4 months ago my sleep mask broke, and I have been back 3 times so far and their staff seems incapable of providing me the correct replacement for it. I have not been able to use a machine I paid over $1000 for all because their staff cant tell the difference between their head and a whole in the ground! I dont get a lot of time off so I sent my wife with my entire mask thinking that there is no way they would mess it up again... I was wrong so she has to go back again but this time she is going to make them fit the mask before she leaves. After I get my mask fixed I am never going back to this office. I will find another sleep center that takes my insurance and is willing to get the job done.

The staff is always polite and caring as well as the doctor. I had been to several doctors before I found one who cared and listened. I have never waited over 15 minutes. When you find a doctor who works and a wonderful staff you dont want to let them go.
