This office entire staff , has displayed such unprofessionalism on numerous occasions, to seek medical care from Dr. Harper and his staff only to recieve, unethical explanations , telling me they could not provide me with additional documentation for my employer stating my condition. I asked how am i to explain this to my employer , PA Trent- Johnney proceeded to tell me it looks like you may have to quit your job! An absolute unbelievable statment that i would have never ever thought to be spoken from a medical professional. On different occasions trying to contact the office in refrence to appointments, prescriptions, lab results etc has always displayed such repulsive services from, the staffs disrespectful and rude customer service to have no compation or sensitivity to the patients care and or responding in a timely manner, i have waited for a prescription refill to be sent to the pharmacy, where as i contacted Dr harpers office numerous times and aslo the pharmacy, only to contiously be told by dr harpers staff that it was sent and yet having to call back explaining that nothing was received and that the pharmacist also faxed over a request , given the same story by his staff not even 20 minutes later for the pharmacist to call me stating the request for the refill she sent over was sent back and denied. I am appalled at such atrocious behaviour from a group of as such so called medical professionals trying to avoid execrations towards such unprofessional people how dare they call them selfs professional i will definitely take my money else were.

I only gave it 2 stars because two of the doctors they had there was very rude. She was unprofessional and rude. When I was there getting my physical this one doctor kept bragging to me about being a doctor to stars, but she couldnt tell me who they were..I NEVER asked or cared who she was a doctor too. My ONLY concern was myself. She may have been a doctor, but she is VERY immature and THAT made me VERY uncomfortable...I dont need a star struck doctor doing anything for me or my Son. At any rate another time I went there was another doctor...the first one I just spoke about was gone shortly after I was there...at any rate another old bat doctor was extremely rude! She was rude as hell. I cant stand the fact when you call there because you or your child is very sick and they direct you to go to the emergency room instead of having you come into the office!!! Dr. Harper is a good doctor, but his staff REALLY need to be trained to have customer service skills. I too have called there and been placed on hold for 5 minutes. I had to call back and tell them why I refuse to hold again, just to be placed on hold again AFTER I JUST TOLD THEM how long I was on hold for before. I have had very good doctors in the past, but their staff messed it up! I no longer go to those practices. Im almost out the door of this one.

My wife has been trying to get her prescription filled since 08/07/2016. Our pharmacy has called Dr. Harpers office constantly since that time. My wife has called and I have personally gone into the office with no results yet. They said they had no record of her prescription and had the pharmacy to fax the prescription over last Friday after saying that they havent heard from our pharmacy. As of today 08/24/2016, still no prescription filled. Our pharmacy has faxed it over twice. Our pharmacy has showed us all of the contacts they have made with Dr. Harpers office with names of whom they have spoken with. Today my wife tried to speak with Dr. Harper concerning this issue, no luck. She asked for an email to contact him, no luck. The office said that Dr. Harper can not call back and then she changed it to that he doesnt call until after seeing patients but that a nurse will call my wife back, no call back from anyone. We have been with Dr. Harpers office for an extremely long time and find it hard to believe and even harder to understand how unprofessional his office has been. I hate to wonder what would happen if she needed a prescription to be filled that meant life or death.

Worst STAFF EVER!!!! RUNNNNNNN! The women who run the front office should be fired. I sat in the office and watched an older woman named Alretha argue with a patient and yell at them. I was horrified and disgusted by the level of service. Sad day when you want to support black businesses but see that they treat people like crap. Fire or train her if you want to have people come back. She made me switch doctors the same day. I dont care what age, gender, or race you are, treat people with respect. These are sick people. To be fair the doctors are okay just the office staff. My favorite doctor left, she made it worth putting up with the front office staff. Now its time to go. These are the people you deal with 80% of the time. But please fire her for the sake of the business. You need people with compassion working for you, who understand that the patient comes first. Its difficult to get an appointment. When you call after 10AM the line is always busy (they leave the phone off the hook). They are just simply unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. Just cant deal with this when I am seeking treatment.

I went there to do a typical doctors visit. The doctor put down on my insurance claim I had a previous condition and I did not. Needless to say they charged me for things I did not have and my insurance company never got the paperwork from them for my supposed previous condition. They overcharge and do not send in the correct billing. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. There are other ones that are way better in Lithonia, GA.

The front desk staff have no interpersonal skills, needs to be trained on face to face customers service as well as phone etiquette. The same day appointment are available the day before but cant be scheduled until the next day. Ive had to many issues with this practice to name. Its become so commercialized since I first started seeing them. Can anyone refer a good practice in the Lithonia area?

Now cmon guys why would you answer the phone and place a customer on hold at 4:55 and then hit the answering service to take the call , so rude and not customer service friendly. no you didnt I thought to myself". I actually only wanted to ask how I could go about getting a referral........shame on you all {smile)
