Go somewhere else. I scheduled an annual exam and when I got there for my appointment, the front desk lady ignored me for 5 mins even though there wasnt anyone else there. When she finally acknowledged my existence, she acted as if I was wasting her time. I lose even more confidence in the facility when she starts asking me what I need done for my exam, such as blood work, etc. I told her I didnt know and I assume everything a regular exam entails. When I give her my insurance card form Blue Cross, she has a mini fit because its a POS and she has to call them to see if Im in their network. I tell her Ive already checked on Blue Crosss website, but she ignores me. She goes on about POS service, and some other things, but by then I was ready to leave. Im not sure about the doctor, but I would avoid this place based on the customer service.

I first started with him and his wife 20+ years ago. He cares greatly about his patients, he does what is right, not what is easy. We moved away, but my son is back in college in Atlanta and the 1 st thing I did was look him up, so he knows where to go. I know my son will be in good hands medically! BTW, while rather direct with adults, I remember bringing in my toddler son in and he suddenly was this soft gentle soul and did great with him.

Ive had no problems with the customer service and the doctor is excellent! Ive been going and have heard great things from him for over 10 years now but the only thing is that it may be hard to understand him just a bit but great otherwise
