I love Dr. Okabah, she is great with my kids and knows theyre names, which means they are not just patients to her. My oldest, who is now 15 years old has been going to Dr. Okabah since she was 6 years old and my youngest, who is 4 years old, since she was a newborn. My older sister and niece go here as well. Ive never had any complaints, the staff are very friendly and professional. My questions and concerns are always answered before leaving. Dr. Okabah and her staff really know how to deal with kids very well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I love First Lithonia Medical Center.

The receptionist and other staff were fine the doctor Isioma Okobah was rude!! They said my visit would be $110 but then said I could be billed for visit, the doctor then comes in room & waiving a paper saying " What is this they say you owe us money! As im trying to explain what the staff and insurance company said she proceeds to tell me " We dont operate like this I take visa, MasterCard...I just got my things I told her she would never have to worry about me coming to her ever again! I went to another doc the next day paid a copay and they are billing me for the remaining balance!

I rarely write reviews and only when well earned! Dr.Okobah has been my doctor since 1992, 24 years; since the early years of Emory Clinic to now at First Lithonia Medical Center. I have always trusted and have been satisfied with Dr. Okobah experience and care. Through yard insect bite infections, to nasal conditions, to much more complicated medical conditions through the years; Dr. Okobah has always been there for me. You cant go wrong! Youre on the right road with Dr. Okobah and staff!

Receptionists was rude. The doctor doesnt listen to regarding your concerns. Was ambushed and not even asked if two male doctors can come in the room as well. Three doctors no one asked me can student doctors come in as well. The only nice one was the one who took my blood pressure. Receptionists needs to be fired. This is a ratchet doctors office. The worst it needs overhauled.

Dr Okabah has been me and my childrens doctor for over 10 years and i wouldnt trade first lithionia medical for nothing i get fast appointments in and out and the staff is great with my children i can call for my kids ashma medication in its at the pharmacy with in mins and anything i need they are there great doctor would recommend her to everyone

Went for an annual exam new to Ga from FL and no one called me with my exam results. I called 2 months later for someone to tell everything was fine. It wouldve been nice to hear a reading of what was fine. Maybe in my passed experience Ive had more intimacy with my doctors. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the Dr was very pleasant.

First Lithonia has a great staff! They are always pleasant and welcoming with smiles on their faces and Dr. Okobah is a keeper shes very thorough when doing her job but doesnt make you feel like just another number, I enjoy our conversations during my visits. My favorite office by far!
