Sheryl was my physician for five years. I thought her practice was wonderful until the long waits began. Once I was called and put into a room, I would wait for the Dr. on average and no less than forty five minutes. It was such a relief for her to finally enter the room after what seemed like an eternity. Only to have her spend five speedy minutes with me. Other times I was seen by practitioners even though I had made appointments to see Sheryl specifically. Many important phone calls not returned. Refill requests are not made to pharmacies in a timely manner. She incorporates her personal religious beliefs into her work. Instead of explaining the anatomy of my back to me, she said that god made our backs tuff so that when the Neandertal through spears at us we had a better chance of survival. In the end, mistakes were often made by the clerical staff. I have since changed my physician. P.S. Some, not so honest there. Not willing to admit mistakes when they are made.

Ive been struggling with a chronic problem since 2011. I was hopeful at first, as she was the only one to find a low thyroid functioning. However, I had significant relapse of said unknown mystery problem. She refused to treat me because I actually asked her to take her time, listen, and look over my records. She contradicted my every concern and never asked the intesity. She threw me out of the office, yelled at me in front of staff and other patients, and refused to treat me. Dont ask questions here! She will throw you out. Even if you are half dead in her chair.

I also was a great admirer of Dr. Simpson. But the office has been run haphazardly for quite a while and customer service does not seem to be important to either the Dr. nor the staff. I have written to the Dr., and receive a curt and rude phone response. As I am the client and have a choice to whom I pay to do my health care, I will be going elsewhere for my healthcare needs. I certainly dont need to pay to be treated in the manner that I have been treated with past visits.

The worst medical experience of my life. I have a son with struggling on the autism spectrum and she told me to leave because he had an behavioral episode. Im highly offended, embarrassed and unimpresse d. I will not be coming back. Fred and the nurse where the nicest and most understanding. Find better jobs you poor souls. Thank you for your kindness.

Dr. Sheryl is the best. She is thorough, she asks and listens. Her follow up is the best. I was recommended to her, and I am so grateful. Professional and friendly staff is a bonus. Plus, you dont have to wait and wait, she is very prompt regarding appointments.
