Absolutely worst doctors office. You will wait 1- 2 hours WITH an APPOINTMENT. With out a doubt every single time. They also had all my charts and info mixed up with another patient the second time I came back! HIPAA? Theyve never heard of it. They left the laptop in my room open with other patients files right on it for me to see, while I waited in the room for 45 minutes. Ive also never met the doctor because the NP does it all on his behalf. The employees, they must have found on Craigslist, sit on facebook and eat in front of you. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional environment. After waiting 3 hours for a refill script, they didnt have it ready, and wont for 3 more days because doctor is off on vacation. Copy of your file costs $25. This place needs to be investigated.

Horrible!! The office manager is inefficient and does not do her job!! As a result of her not getting authorizations for me I have had to cancel my ortho appointment 3 times!! And now one month later I am still in pain and havent been able to see ortho yet!! Waited to see doctor for almost three hours only to be told after sitting in a room waiting that he left for the day because he had something else to do!! Seriously. While I was sitting there waiting as well a several other patients he just left and the office manager thought it was funny!!

This place dont seem to care too much about its clients. Everytime I call, I seem to get the run-around and/or disconnected-every single time! No one seems to want to answer question or direct my calls. I will be lodging a comeplaint with the proper authories and maybe even with the BBB. The receptionists they are a useless and mindless bunch. Dr. Kaszuba should be ashamed.

This was the first time visiting this doctors office and I was very impressed. It had a warm and friendly environment and everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly. The office was also very neat and well maintained. The ARNP took her time listening to me and was very respectful. I would whole-heartedly recommend this clinic to anyone.
