They used to be really good (when they did not belong to the group), their service was more personalized. I just go there because I really like my childrens pediatrician Dr. Razi and Dr. Chang; otherwise I would have been long gone. I did go to them for one of my pregnancies, the first 8 months you do not get seen by the obstetrician, you get seen by a NP who is rude. I requested to see the OB and she told me i only got to see him until I was 36 wks pregnant or if I had a difficult pregnancy; I of course complained because it was my right, after that I got treated by the obstetrician, who by the way, hes really nice. I think most of the doctors and medical staff is really nice, the front office lacks. BTW, you request appointments and they schedule 3 months later. I called in June 2015 to schedule my childrens appointments for their yearly physical and they just gave me appt for September. I understand 3-5 weeks maybe, but 3 months, thats too much; I work and cant juggle work and school schedule all the time, I had to take advantage of summer. In summary, the Pediatric staff (back office) Dr. Chang, Dr. Razi, Dr. Rosen and The obstetrician Dr. Bui are excellent. They are the only reason I continue going to this place

Wonderful staff & doctors, they are always very busy (understandably) and you may experience long wait times sometimes, but the care is well worth it, and what can you expect from a very low to no cost facility?!?!?? I have been coming to this location for about 7 years now and have always received excellent care-the doctors always remember me and have made an effort to get to know me on a personal level, just cant say enough great things about this location- always professional, always helpful, and always friendly!

While on a visit from Arkansas, I required medical attention, and sought the assistance of AltaMed in Huntington Beach, CA. From the moment I walked into the clinic, from the front desk, to the Medical Assistant, and to the Nurse Practitioner, I received excellent care, encountered a very professional and clean environment, and extremely positive attitudes with all staff members. I would recommend this clinic to anyone because of the positive environment and great staff.

The absolute worst medical group Ive ever encountered. Ive tried for weeks to get a call back...No return phone calls after repeated efforts. They treat you like you dont matter. I cant wait until my job does open enrollment so I can escape this horrible service. If you have options, do NOT select this group. So sad, frustrating and disappointing.

Neglectful treatment of low income individual that ended my daughter in the hospital. Doctor take an oath to treat each individual with respect regardless of race, religion or addiction. Very disappointment to see first hand discrimination from the doctors not the staff.
