Im a reasonable person but I had just enough of this office. -On my first appointment, when I checked in they told me the dentist didnt have room to see me. I was obviously not happy so another person (Manager?) said I didnt have an appointment which is not true. Fine, I rescheduled. When I returned they said I had one cavity and my lower teeth needed to be cleaned. This should be a simple process but it took 3 visits. The first two visits were about 30 mins. The last visit was just 5 min to polish. Talk about being inconsiderate of patients time. This should have taken 1 or at most 2 visits. -On the day of one of my appointment they called me 3 hours before the appointment to cancel because the Dr had a lecture to go to. -My last straw: I need a print out of my invoice. They had technical issue and couldnt print it so they said they would mail it. A week pass, I did not get anything. I called asking them to fax it but nothing came. Called back and now theyre telling me they have fax issue so I asked that mail it again. Long story short, I never got my invoice and just stop trying as it wasnt worth my time anymore. Office staff may appear and sound professional but they just dont deliver. My girlfriend who is also a former patient regret her experience as well. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place.

Wow! This place is packed full of technology. They really go out of there way to make the whole dental office visit go by quickly while making you feel comfortable the whole time. They even have a "comfort menu" where they offer all of these extras like a blanket, headphones, chapstick, the list goes on! Never seen that before in any other office. It doesnt hurt that Dr Bijal and his assistant Jackie had me laughing the entire time I was there. Ill definitely be back!

Dr. Bijal Mehta and the Dental Assistant Lisbeth were AMAZING. I am terrified of going to the dentist and they made me feel cared for, welcomed, and comfortable. They were so nice and knowledgeable throughout the process, Im happy that we have finally found a kind and thoughtful dentist office!
