Dr. Luu was highly recommend by my extended family who have been seeing her for years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Luu and her staff (Jocelyn, Ruth, and Joanna). I have totally avoided seeing any dentist for years due to terrible experiences (all I can remember was pain and misery). Now I can honestly say that all my previous perception and anxieties of seeing a Dentists have been thrown out the window. From the moment you walk in to the minute you leave, you are treated like family. Dr. Luu and her staff take the extra time and care to listen to all the worries and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had extensive dental work done and the pain was minimal to none. Dr. Luu and Staff have created such a warm and caring environment that I actually look forward to my appointments. The late office hours are fantastic and work well with my busy schedule. Thank you Dr. Luu for fixing my smile :) **P.S. You can watch Netflix while they work- Big Plus!!**

I have been going to this Dentistry for years now; as I grew older and begun to make my own appointments, I began to appreciate the extra mile this place goes for me. They are very accommodating to my schedule. They call me in advance to remind me of my appointments and should the need come are willing to change that appointment last minute. Dr. Luu is one of a kind and has always been very kind towards me. She also is very personal and empathetic in a good way. She doesnt just see you as a patient to be dealt with and on to the next; she takes time to genuinely learn about you and build a relationship with you. Its not just her, but her staff as well treat me the same way. It makes the whole experience very comforting rather than a dreadful visit to the dentist. The work is always done quickly and efficiently as well without any fuss. Overall, Id definitely recommend this Dentistry to anyone looking for quality care.

My experience at Gentle Care Dentistry was phenomenal! I havent been to the dentist since I was 8 years of age and I was terrified to go in for some major teeth work. I had a tooth extraction, cleaning and a root catalog. I felt no pain at all just my lip numbing up like magic. They are extremely friendly, professional and have amazing rooms with Netflix on the TVS the to entertain you while you get work done. Their prices are very competitive and they will work with you to make things happen because they care more about your teeth and health then your wallet. Dr Luu and the team get you prepared and finished quick I didnt have to wait for my root canal they just took me right in. I recommend this dentist to all you of that are looking for a dentist to make your home. You feel welcomed as soon as you enter that door. Thank you for all the work on my teeth and all the Netflix I could watch!!!

Dr Luu is one of those rare dentists that puts her patients and staff as her first priority. This is a my experience after going through the 6 Month Smiles program to straighten out my teeth. I wanted the best and found that Dr Luu had the highest level of certification for that system. From the initial visit to the billing, everything was laid out transparently. I just had my braces removed last week and my teeth look naturally aligned. As for her other services, they are on a different level. With other dentists, I leave after deep cleanings looking like an Anne Rice novel. Dr Luus dental assistants remove deep stains with surgical precision and minimal discomfort. On a side note, I witnessed her team do a great job calming a hysterical child on her first visit. I guess the poor girl had been fed scary stories of dentists by her siblings or cousins.

Ive been going to this place since I was a young teenager. I absolutely love Dr. Luu and her staff. They are really great! Super friendly and amazing! I actually have phobia of dentist in general since I was a young child due to bad experiences. Dr. Luu and her staff understood my fear and were very patience! They always let me know what will happen and were completely honest with me about everything. I couldnt thank them enough after all these years! I also recently had finished my 6 Months Smile braces from this place! It may be hard to believe that braces would only last about 6 months but it works!! After they took off my braces on Tuesday, they made sure that Im completely satisfied. I couldnt thank them enough for their warmth and service! You have to go here!

After my tooth pain increased causing even my jaw to hurt I knew I had to see a dentist. I decided to see a different dentist, since my last visit with my regular dentist had gone bad and I was advise to see a specialist which would cost me even more money. I grind my teeth, and have been told by my regular dentist that my bottom teeth were in poor condition, and that was the cause of my issues. I found Gentle Care, and my first visit with Dr. Luu, made me feel as if she really cared and wanted to help me. She advise my bite had been off, and a quick fix would solve the pain I had been trying to ignore. I was in disbelief how quickly she made my pain go away with just that one adjustment. I knew I found the perfect dentist! Thank you!

After a dental "emergency" after work, I contacted Dr. Luus office and was seen that same night. She took her time in explaining what was going on with my tooth and how she can help me. I explained my fears and sensitivity to pain, and she assured me she would take good care of me. Well next day I come in for treatment and absolutely couldnt have had a better experience! (FYI) I felt so calm that I fell asleep during a root canal - I am so glad I found her office. Dr. Luu and her staff are very welcoming. I dont look forward to having to go to the dentist for treatment, but Dr. Luu and her staff make it a more pleasant and calming experience - I have referred my family and friends to her and have great things from them as well.

Gentle Care is the best dental experience you could ever hope for! I had braces when I was a teen (not gentle care) and became completely turned off at ever wanting see a dentist ever again. I started coming to Gentle Care a few years ago and was quickly impressed by their attentiveness (your appointment time is really your appointment time). Dr. Luu is not only a sweetheart but also an amazing dentist with great attention to every detail. All of the staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Luu always seems to have the latest technology which makes you feel like youre getting the best of care. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else and would recommend Gentle Care Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My family and I just had an appointment with Dr. Luu a few days ago and our visit was excellent. My family and I enjoy going to Dr. Luu because her and her staff make us feel warm and welcome. We enjoy the way she takes her time with each of us and explains what she is doing and what we might expect to feel. When it comes to our young sons she is extra gentle. She makes them feel comfortable and fearless. Before she does anything to them she talks to my wife and me. She makes sure that we understand and answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Dr. Luu and her staff to anyone and their family that is looking for a great dentist that care about her patients.
