Just Shaka

Dr Pan and the entire staff has shown to truly care about my needs. I was referred by a friend to see him due to having an extreme tooth ache! It was the best advise That I could have taken. Upon arriving to Dr Pans office I was greeted with a warm hello. I noticed that there is a family feel in they way they do their business. The receptionists at the front knew all other clients coming in by first name which was really cool. When I met with Dr Pan he took his time to assess my pain. He then gave me options and some professional advise on how to remedy my tooth ache! The same day of my consultation I was able to remedy my pain that I was having with his suggestion in getting a root canal. I have to mention, I dislike going to the dentist. I was told that this process of getting a root canal and a crown was a 3 step process I cringed. But after the 1st step I knew he is a professional whom has a staff that exemplifies this mission of providing great care and exceptional service. This is hard to find in many establishments now a days. Dr Pan truly cares about his patients and I look forward to seeing him for the next 2 steps to fixing my tooth! Great job and Im bless that you open a business so others can find relief from any and all tooth problems that they may have!

Dr. Pan is the best dentist. We have been looking for a good dentist near and far for many years and finally found Dr. Pan more than ten years ago. We travel 39 miles one way from Huntington Beach to his office in Covina for number of good reasons. (1) His dental service is excellent and his charges are very reasonable. Dr Pan and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! This is what I call a no hassle dentist. Trust me Ive been to alot of dentist for both ortho and non ortho services. Dr. Pan isnt here to see how and where he can upsell his patients. He is genuine and provides high quality service every single visit. The receptionists are wonderful and accommodating. I always see smiles and they greet you when you walk in. Its honestly nothing like the average dental experience.
