My visit to Bright Now Dental was not great! (I know its lengthy but it’s worth the read  ) I was a new patient and arrived 20min prior to my appointment to complete paper work. I was able to complete my paper work and turn it in before the beginning of the appointment; however, I did not get called back for x-rays until after 15min of additional waiting. Once in, the x-rays went well; however, they brought me back to the dental chair where again I waited 20min for the doctor. He examined my teeth and identified that I need fillings for 6 cavities and also sealants on all my molars (I have never had a cavity before). He indicated that he needed to check my insurance so he could schedule an appointment to have them filled; however, he never returned and after another 20 min the office manager returned instead. She explained that they could not verify my insurance bc is was a Saturday but would like to set up an appointment for the fillings and sealants anyway. I explained to her that I would not like the sealants as I have been offered those in the past and I did not believe they were necessary. She responded, "I GUESS YOU ARE SMARTER THAN I THOUGHT!" Also, I explained to her that I had come in for a cleaning and would like that to be done before I left. However, she explained to me that there were not enough dental technicians on staff to perform the cleaning. This was the last draw. I had scheduled an appointment for a check-up and cleaning but they didnt have time??? I left an never came back for the filling appointment. Today, I visited a new dentist in the area. The experience went very well. They praised the condition of my teeth and were happy to inform me that I had NO CAVITIES!!! BRIGHT NOW DENTAL is taking people money and drilling peoples mouths when it is not necessary!! STAY AWAY!!

I came in to have my teeth checked because I was in severe pain and I was also a new patient. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, I waited for nearly an hour before they took my X-rays and when I got into the chair, I waited another 30 minutes before the doctor came in to check on me. He spent 5 minutes looking at the wrong side of my mouth, and after realizing it, pushed on my wisdom tooth and said, with confidence, its infected. Ill give you penicillin and then scheduled me an appointment for two weeks later to see an OS because the OS wouldnt be back til then. Keep in mind that my pain level was a 30 out of 10. They are ridiculous. I paid a $50 co-pay for him to push on my tooth with his finger and prescribe me an antibiotic.

THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE! I have been a patient for 5 years and this location always keeps me smiling. Ive always had a great experience with the staff and the doctors. The staff is amazing and very helpful with any and all questions I may have. I trust the treatments the doctors have given me and am very happy with my overall experience every visit. Definitely recommend this location for long term dental checkups.

Going to the dentist is never a joy but the staff at Bright Now Dental is by far the best there is. The office is clean, the equipment prestine and the service is quick. But the best part of the visit is Doctor Moya and the staff. I love their friendly ways and their desire to help me feel as comfortable as possiblle. My expirence with Bright Now! Dental is extraordinary!! They do an amazing job and they get you in-n-out quick if your in a rush. Plus the best part is its affordable.. Being a patient at Bright Now! Dental makes me happy cause I know they can make my smile perfect. To top it off all the employees are super nice..I would highly recommend this dentist in Azusa!! 5 stars for me

Brute now is horrible! I arrived 15 minutes before my daughters appointment for a consultation for braces. After a 25 minute wait to receive the patient info paper I had to fill out I was annoyed. But the fifteen minute wait at the counter to hand it to the lady finished my visit. Nearly an hour wait and i never even had the chance to tell them why I was there!

This is absolutely the best office Ive been to! They always take care of me quickly and are so great with my kids. Staff is VERY friendly and they Always make you feel comfortable, Overall it is a great environment. If you are worried about the cost dont worry, they always try their best to help the patient out as much as they can. Such a great place!

Its not often that you can find services with the quality and courteous manner in which my wife and I were given by Bright Now in Azusa. Overall very clean and bright facility. Walking in for the first time it felt different than other dark and cramped offices. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as a new patient. The rooms themselves are very clean and well lit. 10/10 would recommend to any one looking for a dental provider
