I took my two sons here, ages 3 and 5, for their first pediatric dental check-ups. I had previously tried to take them to my regular dentist, and my headstrong 3-year-old kept his mouth clamped shut and refused to even let her take a look. Not so at Dr. Chus. Dental assistant Heidi is like a baby whisperer. The whole staff was great. I was shocked at how well my kids did. By the end of the visit, my boys were begging to come back. We did have to come back for fillings, unfortunately :( But, again, I thought for sure my 3-year-old would have to have general anesthesia to get him to agree to the fillings, but he did great with the nitrous oxide, TV on the ceiling, and Dr. Chu and her assistants expert handling. Other things I like: They can email and/or text appointment reminders. Great website where you can print forms ahead of time. Also, they call the next day to check up on the patients. We dont have dental insurance that covers a pediatric dentist, and so I called around to a lot of places for pricing and read a lot of reviews to find a good balance of expenses and positive reviews. I must have called a dozen offices and Dr. Chus prices are very good, especially considering the caliber of care. She also offers a cash discount to uninsured patients. I highly, highly recommend this office, especially if you have a reluctant little patient.

Authorization paperwork was not given to me to sign prior to cavity being filled. Hygienist attempted to use laughing gas without parent consent. My son told me after we left the office that he refused it as she was putting the mask on his face. Only after he refused did she checked his chart which confirmed that hes had cavities filled without it before. I would not have authorized laughing gas, and have refused it every time in the past. At the end of the apt. I was given the paperwork and invoice which stated payment for laughing gas. I questioned it and hygienist confirmed they didnt use it. The front desk adjusted the co-pay, charged me a minimum and said they would bill me if there was any difference owed. It was noted in file not to use laughing gas in the future. Had the front desk given me paperwork prior to filling and the hygienist double checked authorization prior to filling this could have all been avoided. If it had been used without my consent that would have cause a huge issue for me, especially if there had been an allergic reaction. Front desk did apologize for not doing paperwork prior to apt. I appreciate her taking responsibility however this is a serious issue and doesnt sit well with me.

Make that 10 STARS!!! My kids LOVE her and the staff. Everyone is super friendly and so good with the kids. Even my 2 1/2 year old gets his treatments done without a problem. When we left my 5 year old asked "How many more days until we get to come back?"!!! Seriously, they love it there. They love picking prizes when they are all done but I think they love getting to make all the BIG decisions around there . . . like what flavor toothpaste, what flavor rinse and what kind of toothbrush. Thanks to everyone at the office for another successful visit!!

This dental office exceeds all my expectations! Dr. Chu and her staff are fantastic with my boys; they look forward to each dental appointment, and at 5 and 4 years old, thats impressive! The boys feel involved in the examination, as they are allowed to choose their toothbrush, their flavors, and even a prize after. Plus, the staff takes time to explain each step to my boys, making them feel super comfortable. I cant recommend Dr. Chu highly enough!!

Dr. Chu and her staff are so friendly and caring. The entire staff is so professional and give amazing care. Both of my boys have been patients there since they could go to the dentist. Shes the only dentist my boys have seen and they are now 12 and 14. You know you are getting the best care at Dr. Chus office!! We wouldnt go anywhere else!! Thank you all!!

She deserves each of those 5 stars. You will not find a better staff, office atmosphere, and of course pediatric dentist, that caters to kids, like Dr.Chu. OUTSTANDING !! I have full confidence in Dr.Chu and her staff,each and evey visit, that my son will be WELL taken care of. My son is NEVER scared of a visit to Dr.Chu. A+ all the way !!

I am so happy that my kids go to Dr. Chu! She is an amazing dentist that makes my kids feel so safe in the chair. The office staff is awesome too! The girls in the front are so fun and the assistants in the back are absolutely the best. I grew up going to a mean dentist so it makes me so happy that my kids get to experience this office!!

My daughter had some cavities and was referred by our regular dentist because they were able to give her some laughing gas to help with the procedure. She was so nervous! The whole staff made her feel comfortable. The process went so well that I decided to bring her back for all of her visits!
