Bridgid Robbins

Overpriced, did the same tests numerous times. Asked me to bring in urine from my dog, then never used it and charged me so they could get the urine at the office. Without numbing my very anxious, elderly, and frail dog two people took him into a dark room. And attempted to stab a 14g needle into his bladder via his abdomen. I have never in my life heard that sound of pain come from my dog. Unbelievable! Now his entire abdomen has a large hematoma and he is having difficulty walking. Worst of all I have NO results from this visit and my dog is experiencing additional problems than when we went in. Absolutely disgusting what they did to him.

I am constantly in and out of Absecon Vet with all my personal dogs and foster dogs. I appreciate the quality and continuity of care offered by all the staff. They have treated chronic conditions as well as a acute. They have supported me when it was time to say goodbye and rejoiced with me over successful recoveries. I have been to many vets over the years and I am happy that we have such qualified and empathetic staff in our own backyard. Congrats to Doctors Vittorelli and Scotland for their recent purchase of the practice!

I have most beloved 17 year old and 14 year old male cats. My 17 year old, Halo, is deaf with has a heart condition, chronic constipation and kidney issues. Both cats needed tooth extractions and they took such amazing care of them. All of the doctors are amazing. Drs. Vittotelli and Scotland have saved my Halo more than once. The facility is large, clean and a full animal hospital. The hours are convenient too. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Absecon Vet Hospital for taking such great care of my sweet boys!

I have to say that this is one of the best veterinary hospitals that I have had experience with. My first contact with them started off with a very sad day because of the death of my 140 Ridgeback Brody. Theyarranged for his cremation and treated my big guy like he was alive-with repect and affection. I vowed to return with all my pets and did so soon after. They were wonderful with my 3 yr old Ridgie who has been devast3d by her companions death. Thank you all for your help and vet expertise.

This was my first visit here and right as I walked in the door the staff was immediately friendly and attentive my dog. They played with her and petted her till I was called back. The wait was not long and everyone was so wonderful! My dog is normally scared of the vet, but she was so well behaved because the people who work there made her comfortable. They take their time and explain everything and go out of their way for you and your pet, I highly recommend this vet!

Very nice and professional staff. All of the doctors have a ton of experience and will refer you to someone with the specific expertise if necessary. All of the staff and vet techs are very understanding and helpful. They always keep the best interest of the animals in mind. AVH is always the first place I take my pets.

Top-notch care. The entire staff has mucho heart and caring! My kitty had to have a perineal urethrostomy, which I had many qualms about. He had recurring blockages not cured by diet or meds. They allayed my fears and now, hes doing fabulously more than a year later. No more blockages which caused him much pain.

The staff are all animal lovers and will treat your pets with care. They go above and beyond to accommodate schedules and Apts. Prices are high though and I have left feeling a bit had with regards to the services I got for my money. Not always, but something I had to mention.
