people are nice but when it comes to blood test result or any kind or results that your waiting on it might take more time than you expected YOU MUST CALL TO FIND OUT YOUR RESULT.. its the third time they tell me "WE WILL CALL YOU WWHEN RESULT ARE READY" more than a month my baby was low on anemia and they have never calld me their excuse " oh im sorry we change workers" second time "oh im sorry we.ll try to fix that and the third time was just about yesterday waiting on blood results "we will call you monday at 3" never got a calld, just calld back " OH DOCTOR HASNT SEEN RESULTS WE WILL CALL YOU" DR ZAFARANCHI IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR GOOD PATIENTS BETTER FIX THE ATTETION TO PATIENTS!! I WILL PERSUE THIS IF KEEP ON HAPPENING!

Avoid this place , They didnt care about your kids at all they care all about themselves and their money . My daughter is four and she is her patient more than one year , last week , She got flu and I called them two days in the raw but the staff told me we didnt have any appointments just go to ER!!!!! Its not the first time its happen . They dont have any responsibility about your kids !!! They dont care about you and your cuties. Why We chose the pedestrian , Its not just for yearly check up and shots , If you need help they reject you really simple, Unfortunately , I was new to LA and I chose the wrong one .

My boys have been seeing Dr. Z for over three years now. Weve moved from Woodland Hills to Westchester and I kept their doctor. Now we live in Burbank and we still drive 45 to 60 minutes (due to traffic) to see her. The staff is great, which is another reason why I keep coming back. I love how they keep their cool when the office is extremely busy, juggling patients and never ending phone calls. We appreciate everything you do! Thank you!!

My daughter has been with Dr Zafaranchi over 5 year and everything was great and the personal very helpful, until this past December they come with this new policy that they wont see any child same day, you need to call a head to make an app. The personal answering the phone are always "busy" they just rushed you thru the phone very disappointed with them, I had to change pediatrician

I love Dr. Zafaranshi she is great with the kids I love the staff always very polite. My daughter came down with flu over the weekend, I called to get an appointment and they got her right in, we didnt even had to wait long in the waiting area. I highly recommend Dr. Zafaranshi!

Here is a place that capitalizes out of your health issues! Only care about the money they get from the insurance or state, spend as less time as possible with your kid, never a same day appointment, long lunch hours, no advice line. Not very accommodating.
