!!!!!!! Wast of time and $$$$$$ !!!!!! I came in October 2014 for two root canals and crown install. .. Till today November 2015 they havent Finished there prosses ... spend $2500 dollars. .. when doctor first did here work she installed some work I never agreed to get done!!... only way I saw it was when I got x-ray done ... and she admitted to me she did it ...and that she was not going to charge me .... every time I did an appointment with them they would call me 1-2 hours before the appointment to cancel for what ever reason .. doctor was leaving home ... or it was to late to get that work done ... I decided after all this to give then a second chance and let them finish there work... I came in to get my crown installed and I found out they never did any crowns for me ... so they hade to mold new ones ... that took about 2 weeks ... I came in ones again for the install and they canceled on me because their parking lot full of heavy equipment from work being done to other buildings!!!.... I came in a week later I got a phone call from them about 2 hour before the appointment tell me if I can come earlier..... I did I came in 1 hour earlier that my original appointment .... just to wait in the waiting room for about 45 min .... finally I get my 2 crowns installed. .. half ways in the process the doctor says to me she can finish her work because shes got a badd headache she needs to reschedule . .. I said no problem I understand.... so i leave with my mouth side way because she did not finish triming my teeth down ....they give me onther appointment a few days later on a Saturday at 9:00 am ... so I have to miss work to make it to the appointment. ... I come in and they tell me I dont have no appointment scheduled under my name ... I explained what happened the other day the doctor hade to leave home because she was not felling well and she did not finish her work. .. She goes and ask some body in the back and she then tells me I have 2 options. .. I can reschedule for another appointment or I can wait for 9 appointments that are ahead of me to see if some body else doesnt come in ..... I tooled the clerk how is this my fault I dont make the appointment u guys do.. I also let her know I couldnt chew my food right because the 2 crowns the doctor installed are to big!! And all my other teeth dont sit flat on the bottom teeth ... All I said to her is have the doctor call me when ever she has time to finish her work ... 2 weeks went by an I never heard from them again. .. I decided to make a complaint to Wester dental .. they tooled me they hade to investigate the situation and they would get back to me with in 30 days... its been way past the 30 days and I never received no calls so I called them to see what was going on ... they tooled me they could do nothing about it... that i need to contact my insurance and make the complaint to them ... So think 2 before coming here and wasting your $$$$$ !!!!!

I should have really done my research before coming here. There is so many bad reviews no wonder I got conned out of money. I was coming here for braces and decided not to go through with it after signing the contract because my finances were really tight. They told me I have to pay $1,400 even though by law you can get out of a contract before 30 days. Ive already asked a lawyer about this. Western Dental told me I had to wait up to 30 days for them to audit my account. It took them 2 and a half months. They basically illegally withheld my withdrawal from the contract so the 30 days could pass. Luckly for me I kept phones calls and dates Ive contacted them and dates Ive went to the office because now Im sueing. This isnt right. I shouldnt have to be going through this at all. Ive been paying it for 3 months so I dont get sent to collections and they dont even allow you to have a receipt and thats also illegal. Im a good person and I dont deserve this. I really hope this can get resolved soon. Ive already spoken with a lawyer and he thinks I have a good case.

I wish I could give this office 0 stars! I had two awful experiences here. The first was when I went in during the second trimester of my pregnancy and found out I needed a root canal. I was in the office a total of 3 hours! All I had done were X-rays and a consultation. No cleaning, no procedure whatsoever! I wasnt advised that the dentist was running behind or anything if that sort. By the time western dental scheduled my root canal appointment I was in my third trimester. The dentist had me sit in the dental chair as if I were going to have the procedure done, but then she explains that because Im in my third trimester of pregnancy she wont be doing the procedure. She went on to tell me it was my fault for not coming in sooner. However, I wasnt given an appointment by their office until it was too late. I explained that Im in excruciating pain daily and have had to adjust my diet so much that I can only eat soft foods. The dentist didnt seem to care, she simply brushed me off and said well then take some Tylenol.

I would give this a zero if i could this place is wasting my time and money i came here for a reason 2 get a crown but this place keep changing the subject and only did the cleaning on my teeth and never did anything about the crown and every time we made me a appointment here they say "ok" but when we came to the appointment they say "i am sry but we are gonna take pictures and clean your teeth we are not able to put the crowns" , so like wt is the point of making the appointments if you are not gonna do wt i need

I had a horrible experience. My appointment was at 1:45 I got there at 1:30 I left at 4:15 and my son was never seen. They first said that all rooms were busy but he was next another lady told me that the dentist had left to lunch late but he was next, they should get there stories straight. I left work early took my son out of school early for nothing. They wanted me to reschedule hell no never going back.

If there was an option to give them a ZERO, I would!!! their wait time is horrible, Ive never spent three hours at the dentist for a routine exam. Also, I took my 10 yr old for their first exam with WD, they took xrays and scheduled her to see a dentist a week later. What kind of policy is that? I dont recommend Western Dental, but understand if you go there because you dont have other options.

The receptionist Carla was very friendly when I walked in. During my exam the dr explained all my treatment thoroughly and the manger Vidal was very helpful about what the insurance covered and what it didnt. Ive been back several times for treatment and happy with my progress. Staff is very welcoming
