If you have any anxiety about seeing a dentist, this is not the practice for you. The receptionist will bust your chops with nearly every interaction and makes it feel like youre at a free clinic. She was so rude to me, then while in the waiting room I had to endure her totally ripping this poor guy who showed up to his appointment without having confirmed the appointment. It was just too stressful having to call the office or even be in the waiting room. I left two message on Dr. Bodensteiner cell phone about my concern, but he didnt respond. But it was all for the best! I found another dentist who said that Dr. Bodensteiners proposed dental work was excessive and unnecessary. So I saved nearly $300 in dental work by seeing another dentist who only did what I needed. Thanks rude receptionist for forcing me into another practice!!

Lets face it going to the Dentist has never been on anybodys fun list. I have gone to a few in my day and I must say Dr. B & staff are the best. I had one Dentist as a child that made you feel like you had gone 10 Rounds with Ali after the procedure was done. That was Dr. Jepson in Tulare. I find {all the staff } At Dr. Bs office to be friendly and Top Notch! True Professionals doing a tough job and doing it well. On a side note It has been my experience that when somebody really slams a business they are either correct or just never happy with anything or anybody. A quick check of their other reviews will usually show a pattern of always complaining. So with that being said now you know the rest of the story. Keep Up The Great Work Dr B. & Staff. My experience was so FASNTASTIC! There is no other way to describe it. The staff is genuinely friendly and very attentive. the Dr. is very professional and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I had quite a procedure done on my very first visit there, but I was in and out in about an hour and a half... I could not believe it! During my visit I heard other patients in other rooms chatting and laughing with the staff, It helped me feel much more comfortable with my choice. Everyone is very knowledgable and ready to help anyway they can! Thank you Dr. Michael T. Bodensteiner and staff for such a wonderful visit!

BEST DENTIST EVER! After a few really bad experiences with other dentists I was scared out of my mind to go into another dentist...but then I found this magical office. I am not exaggerating at all! The staff and the doctor were SO nice, calm, patient with me, and most of all obviously do quality dental work. They not only corrected the bad work of another dentist, but they helped me make sure my teeth would be healthier in the future with a lot of tips and preventative care. They simply are the best! I no longer am afraid to go into the dentist.

From past bad experiences I have had a fear of going to the dentist and waited way too long. Now Ive overcome that with the help of Dr B. with the sedation to take the edge off I was able to have alot of work done at once, it has been wonderful, I no longer freak out to go and I just love my new smile, his staff is always pleasant and never a wait. Extremely modern office with a very knowledgable staff. They do everything possible to keep you comfortable and entertained throughout the course of your dental work. Im very pleased so far and look forward to getting my dental work caught up with this office.
