When you first meet Dr. Ross everything is wonderful BUT if you have even the smallest complaint watch out! He talks bad about other patients. My issues with him is non of my temporary crowns stayed in longer than 24 hours. He had had to redo my partial/bridge 3 times, the 1st one broke 2 days after he put it in, the 2nd one was the wrong color and now he says the lab he uses doesnt think Im a priority, Ive been waiting for the 3rd partial/bridge for well over a month. I did call the lab and they say they finished it and that Dr. Ross has the bridge/partial. When I called Dr. Ross back with this information he hung up on me. Its this how you want to be treated by your dentist?

Dr Ross is extremely kind, and always cheerful! It puts you into a good mood even if you arent in one already. And at a DENTISTs office!!! Best Dentist I have ever seen. You cannot tell when he is giving you a shot, if you feel any pain - he makes sure of the reason and fixes it! Broken tooth? No problem. Double-root canal on same tooth??! Simple! Braces or Orthodontics - hes the man! My kids used to hate....HATE the dentist. My daughter is now getting braces with a smile! I cant say enough great things about this dentist, you just HAVE to MEET him!! A+++

I recently went to Dr. Ross after hearing my wife tell me how good he was for many months, and I have to agree. He has an excellent chair-side manor, a very soft touch, and the experience to judge when work is really needed or when it can safely wait. Not anxious to work on every tooth, like some dentists Ive seen in the past. I cant say enough about him, and recommend him fully.

Dr. Ross is my favorite dentist. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and caring dentist. His assistance, Julie, is also very pleasant, helpful, and well organized.
