Finding a new pediatrician. Dr. Bursteins office is awful..... It takes me over an hour EVERY time I have an appointment..... I have to constantly remind them the age of my children. They keep POOR records and didnt even fill out my childs Immunization card correctly. I only take my children to the doctor for well check ups and if they are VERY sick. I had to take my 4 month to urgent care because she could not fit me in when my son was having breathing problems..... I keep wanting to give this office the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I am DONE! If you care at all about your childs health DO NOT go to this doctor. and if you do keep ALL of your receipts, i make all my copayments at the time of visit and received a bill over a year old for my daughter, when we had paid during the visit. If you want a copy of your records be prepared to pay also.... This office only seems to be worried about their bottom line........ How much money they are bringing in.

We waited 3 HOURSSSSSSSSS for an appointment made two weeks ahead of time. They werent even planning on having Dr. Marina Burstein see us for a prescription check because the notes we gave them when making the appointment were lost. THEN when we finally did have the exam and immunizations they did not give us a record of the immunizations. so, we had to request a copy. so get this, in order to get a copy we absolutely were forced to pay $20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or they wouldnt release the ONE PAGE record. of course at the appointment they said no problem if you need a copy of something we will take care of it. they can say every doctor charges this fee but you know what I got a copy of our records from our previous doctor before moving to the area and it was 100 pages! no charge!!!!!!! I will never go back. horrible, horrible experience. we were treated very rudely.

Went to this office on August 2nd. They said my insurance was not active. I paid $120 up front. I called and spoke with my insurance and called the same day for them to charge my insurance and refund my $120. So now they have been paid twice. It been almost two months and they say the refund check is on the doctors office waiting for her to sign. The person I spoke with said I am not the only one in this situation. A bunch of crooks. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Very unprofessional!

First of all the parking situation is a PITA. Second, the doctor is basically clueless about children. When I was trying to discuss sleep training for my 4 month old, she suggested I feed him white potatoes before bed...what?? Do not see this doctor!!
