It was very cruel and unfair the reception I received. I called on a Wednesday 24 hr in advance and left a message that I couldnt make my appointment and would like to reschedule. That alone should let them know I couldnt make the appointment. They said they called 3 times & couldnt reach me. I was out sick. I kept calling Thursday to reschedule and no one answered the phone. I called today Friday to reschedule and was told the Dr. was upset & would not see me, that it would have to be April but needed the Drs approval. Again very unfair & cruel. I called said I couldnt make my appointment & needed to reschedule. - where did I got wrong?

I recently started with Dr. White. I had a full physical and I was blown away by her patience and willingness to understand and troubleshoot my concerns. She took so much time with me. Im used to Doctors rushing to get to their next patient but Dr. White seemed quite comfortable listening and discussing my issues. She was thorough, knowledgeable and informative. A true professional Doctor that has not lost her empathy for the patient and the health challenges that we face.
