This hospital is good for emergency, but terrible for chronic disease, they treat my grandson and granddaughters ear infection by continuous long term antibiotics, but never recommend to see Otolaryngologist (Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist), which resulted high/long dose of antibiotics, not useful at all, and caused their health problem: serious allergy and weak body. Also every time I go there wait 1 or 1.5 hours but only talk with busy doctors for 1-2 minutes or even less, it is really disappointing. They are good for urgent care, for not good for the kids. They dont spend time to listen to your symptoms, they are too busy. I will never go back again. If I dont see them, my kids will not have so much trouble.

The hours are unbeatable (7 days a week, open late), the staff is amazing and wonderful. The office is located in the newly renovated outdoor PV mall. Perfect all the way around! I could not imagine going anywhere else. We are honored to be part of this wonderful family. We love Dr. Sher, Dr. Saad and the awesome staff!

They handle phone calls, appointments and precription requests/refills promptly. I highly recommend Palos Verdes Medical Group.
