We have been going to this office for years and had no complains before this July. Recently went for big service and were completely misinformed.we were reassured that the services would be covered by the plan a couple of times before paying my deductible of 269 dollars. It turned out it was not the correct information, the insurance covered nothing and the office refuses to take any responsibility for misleading me. Now stuck paying a large bill and when called to consult what can be done since I was deceived I was informed by the dentist herself, the one who had performed the service, that "it is only my problem". Just live that. I defiantly do not recommend this office to anyone. They do not care about customer service, they refuse to take responsibility for their promises or actions and will miss guide anyone in order to make more money off of you.

Had okay experiences and staff was friendly. However, I didnt feel I was getting proper consideration for my treatment and felt that staff were talking without talking to me while I was in the room, which I dont like. Ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and changing doctors as a result.

Dr. Shan is the first dentist that has never caused me any pain! Im not a fan of dentist, but dont mind at all going in for my check-ups or any other issue. Very efficient and friendly. Rate a 100 out of 10!!

Ive been going to Dr. Shan for about 3-4 years now. Awesome dentist that actually takes the time to see her patients, doesnt just hand you off to an assistant. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
