I havent even made it to my appointment and Im disappointed in the service. I returned a call I received and the receptionist was very rude. She could not find my information with my pets name, phone number or my name. She said you didnt receive a call from this location we dont have an appointment for you. I said your office called me and left me a voicemail requesting additional information. I gave her the date I received the call and the email I received about the appointment I requested online. She said to me several times we do not make appointments online. I said ok if you dont then why did your office call me. She finally explained its not an appointment I made online but an appointment request. I said ok appointment or appointment request are you going to help me or not. If not put someone on the phone who will. She finally said my appt was confirmed. I will be canceling the appt because of her rude and condescending attitude.

Last year, my beagle mix developed patella luxation and needed surgery. Dr. Cheema at Banfield quoted a price that was between $500 to $1000 lower than others (I asked fellow pet owners who paid for the same surgery, but didnt get actual quotes for my dog since all the vets I contacted require an office visit and even x-ray before giving out quotes). Dr. Cheema performed the surgery himself and I must say he had excellent bedside manner, very patiently answered the long list of questions I had, and he was spot-on about how the recovery process would go for my dog. I could not be more satisfied about the entire process.

Dr. Megan Kilduff is hands down the best doctor there. I was skeptical about going there until I met her. I even joined there pet plan because of her! Ive referred so many of my friends to her. There have been so many occassions where she could really rip me of but she hasnt unlike other vets that Ive been to. We are an LGBT family with two mixed breed pit bulls and a son . She is by far the most friendly open vet I have ever met. Our family loves her!

I cannot thank the staff of Banfield pet hospital enough. They were so incredibly thoughtful, professional, and compassionate. We had to take our family cat, due to a severe illness. We knew that she wouldnt be coming home with us. The staff at Banfield pet hospital made a very sad and emotional time for our family, as easy as possible. I highly recommend bringing your pets to the Banfield pet hospital. I am so glad that we did.

Its a totally negative establishment with fraud and deceit in most all their financial transactions. Some of the vets are nice, but Banfield as a company is a disgrace, we have had many negative encounters with them, we can list names, particularly their management and admin personnel, bad, Worse, WORST! Clients ought to check their documents and ask for receipts!

Recently i contacted Banfield asking if they perform a surgery and was told no. I then asked for a refferal and i was told i would need to come into the office and have a check up on my dog before they would refer me. I was only asking for a phone number and they were telling me that i would cost me a doctors visit.

Im here now. The receptionist is rude and affected. Weve been waiting for almost an hour to be seen. When I told her how long we had been waiting and asked when we might be seen she said "so, I have no idea... When theyre ready." My dog has major anxiety about the vet so a long wait only adds to the stress.

I used to love this location and still like some of the doctors but their policies and staff have changed. They are now more often than not very rude and not accomodating. Its getting harder and harder to get an appointment abd go in.

Great pricing program and excellent vets and assistants that care for my Puggle dog. They will always take emergency walk ins and have twice saved my pups life during emergency situations. I find them to be a great bunch of people.

We love this Banfield. Dr Stowell is the only Dr our cat Bruce will see. They are always usually friendly and prompt. In renovation now will have 2 more exam rooms.
