I suppose Banfield does a good job, and their Brook Road location is quite convenient. However, when I picked up two cats from comprehensive exams, I was given medicine without a complete explanation of why I received it. The paperwork given to me gave general descriptions of potential conditions, but said nothing about whether or not it pertained to either of my cats. You can bet theyll get a phone call tomorrow for clarification ... which should have been provided today, without asking.

Cannot seem to get a vet appt. due to high turnover. Appears that there are no permanent vets, so your pets will suffer from lack of continuous care. Rutland Animal hospital is a great choice for cats, we have moved there. Update: tried to get refill for pet medication. Banfield sent us home with a bottle with NO tamper-resistant packaging. It is less than the 30 mLs volume described on the bottle. That fluctuation in concentration could kill my pet.

The staff took care of me and my cats starting with my questions through excellent, fun and friendly service through concerned and careful Veterinary care by Dr. Swenson. From Customer Service Reps to VAs, this place rocks, and is a great and relatively inexpensive price value as well. Two paws up!

Never take your pets here. Horrible experience - had to take my cat to another vet to re-do everything they were supposed to have done.
