I was experiencing some mouth pain, and I was referred to Dr. Nguyen which turned out to be amazing. Dr. Nguyens staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Erin who worked on my each of my visits. I had to have some pretty long visits and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me I could watch a movie while my work was being done. The movie list had a little of everything for everyone from kids to action movies. Dr. Nguyen is great about being sensitive to his patients needs, and explaining what he is doing as he goes. I liked how he was able to simplify the dentist lingo and actually explain to me what he was seeing, what needed to be done, and how they where going to go about doing it. I had such a wonderful experience at Pro Dental Group over my 5 or so visits, and I would recommend them to any family or friends who were in need of dental work in the Rocklin/Roseville area.

Look no further! You are in amazing hands here! I was searching for a family-friendly dental office and found it! Whats more, the front desk staff arranges my familys cleaning appointments so that we can all be seen on the same day with overlapping appointments. Its incredibly convenient and efficient. Dr. Nguyen fantastically takes care of adult dental needs and his wife, Dr. Tran, sees children. This office is modern and comfortable and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On a recent visit with my son, Dr. Tran and her assistant went above & beyond making sure my son was comfortable during his procedure. As a parent, my childs comfort at dental visits is very important. I cant thank Dr. Tran enough for ensuring that my son always has a great experience. I have recommended this office many times over!

My experience in the years I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen have been good. As I have always been a bit shy of dentists he and his staff have help put all those fears behind me.Dr Nguyen has always explained each procedure . I feel as tho he is friend who cares and really does the very best for for me. I will have to change dentists next year because of insurance. Should this coming year not work out I will come back to Pro Dental. It breaks my heart to leave this practice. This is a man who truly cares about his patients. I love them! I have had severe anxiety over dentists and issues with my teeth for my whole 30 years... but after a year of going here I no longer have any anxiety (or abnormal amounts of anxiety) over going to the dentist. They know my name when I walk in, checks in regularly with my comfort level throughout the proceedure, the whole staff acts like best friends, and its just a lovely environment..even when youre getting three root canals. LOL! But seriously, I have horrible teeth and lots of complications, but they always make me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my bad teeth.

Absolutely recommend People to go to Pro Dental! Not only did they take really good care of my needs but the staff was amazing! I love the setup they have in their office, really cozy and inviting even for little children. This is the only dentist for me that I will continue to go to and highly encourage people to give them a shot. As soon as you walk through their doors all you see are smiles from the employees as they greet you, not to mentioned the ladies at the front desk are always more than happy to help work with you and your schedule. I love them! (:

Nothing but good things to say about Dr Keith Nguyen and his staff. Just came from a cleaning today. At other dentists, a cleaning gets only a cursory look-over from the dentist, after the assistant does the cleaning. Dr Nguyen and his staff work as a team. Xrays, flossing and polishing done by the assistant, the scraping done by the dentist while he explains much about the condition of my teeth. I like that level of professionalism. The office staff is very friendly and efficient and the office itself is very welcoming without being ostentatious.

Love going to Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Tran office. Everyone there is very nice. I have been going to Dr.Nguyen before he had his own office. I followed him from Sacramento to Rockline. I never liked going to the dentist before, I would get anxiety. I was luck enough to find Dr. Nguyen, feel very comfortable and relaxed when I need to get dental work done. My husband and son also love coming her. He always looks out for our best interest. Best Dr ever!

I think I come from Demi-God lineage as the people at Pro Dental Group only provide the utmost Olympic service to me. They X-Ray my impeccable jawline like I am the son of Zeus, they clean my teeth as if I was the brother of Poseiden, and they polish my pearly whites as if they were the marble statues in the Parthenon. I walk out of here every time thinking, "With a great smile like this, I could get over this whole being mortal thing." - Daniel

Best Dental Office Experience - They always get me in and out of the office in a timely manner, the staff is always courteous and attentive. Dr. Nguyen always does whats best for me (the patient), for example, it looked like I would need a root canal but after drilling into the tooth and seeing it didnt go as far in, Dr. Nguyen put some medication on the tooth and sealed it up. This saved my hundreds of dollars in out of pocket expenses.

My experience with Dr.Nguyen and Pro Dental has been , very positive. Needing a complete lower bridge and being without insurance, I was able to work out a positive course of action and financing that was within my ability to meet. Dr Nguyen was very thorough in, explaining the treatment plan. His office staff particularly Tiffany are both friendly and courteous. as well as professional.

You get a warm friendly welcome the moment you walk threw the door. The the RDAs (registered dental assistants) are very friendly and do a great job at making sure you dont drown or choak. The doctor is very nice and will strike up a conversation with you, and is very gental when working in your mouth. Very pleasant experiences every time I go in!

Amazing staff and modern equipment. Keith is also very approachable, informative, and most importantly, skilled. Over several sessions, the wait time was minimal, they kept me updated on what would happen next each step of the way, and I never felt any pain. Definitely the best dentist Ive been to, and its not close.

It is rare to find 5 stars being given out in every review. Dr. Nguyen and staff are all the best of the best. If you need a dentist or dont have one with 5 stars from everyone, you should go to Pro Dental in Rocklin. Drive 100 miles if you have to because they are that good.

Ive been driving out to see Dr Nguyen since his office first opened, despite several of my own relocations all over the greater Sacramento area and Bay Area. I dont plan on seeing a different dentist! Dr Nguyen is very gentle and conscientious, and his pricing is very reasonable.
