I arrived in TX Dec. 2012 with 4 dogs, 3 cats, a new job and a lot of stress to go with it. During the first 6 months in TX I visited several veterinary clinics for different pet issues. None of them begin to compare with my vet from AL but then I moved to Prosper and found Dr. Vance and the staff of Windmill Veterinary Center. In the past 8 months Ive had many visits there with two of them being emergency issues and they handled both of them so perfectly. They are kind and caring not only for my babies but for me as their mother. They kept me updated throughout the emergencies and explained in great detail taking as much time as I need to understand what was happening. I couldnt ask for anything better. I love the team at Windmill Veterinary Center and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! 5 PAWS from my family!!

Nothing! Told I would receive a free estimate. Charged $98.00 because they sent me home with an antibiotic. Charged over twice as much as the estimate! Never even called to check on him after the procedure! Had been buying prescription dog food from them for over 3 years. Found another vet & realized we had also been paying a lot more for the food with them.

Dr. Ali and her staff take awesome care of our dog Buddy. He boards with them frequently and they all greet him like one of their own. He never minds going to board. Today Buddy had to have a foreign object removed from his paw. They were so gentle and so kind with him. They are kind to pet parents too. We highly recommend Windmill Veterinary Center.
