First I had to go in the month of Feb , they submitted claim to wrong insurance , even after spending good 20 minutes after taking all the details . I had to go back and forth for settling it . Next I had to take my daughter as she was vomiting and She had stomach pain as well. So I provided all the required details again good 20 minutes ( hopefully this time they will submit correctly). For the doctor to come and check her it took 20 minutes . Now they checked her and said they dont have equipment to do Blood Work ( Really!!!) and they did not give any medicine asked us to go to Bryn Mawr, doctor suspected flu her temp was never above 99. So we came back home and we started giving her water and little ice cubes. Tomorrow we will take her to our regular doctor who can take care of things. Dont go there (Devon Center) for "kids" they dont have well equipped doctors or equipment.

I was very impressed with Patient First in Devon. I did not have to wait long to be seen, signing in was a breeze, I was looked at by two medical people, had x-rays taken and the doctor then conferred with me as to my best plan of action. Everyone there was professional, courteous, attentive and it was a totally positive experience. The facility itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the staff and the facility. P.S. I had been to a similar facility before Patient First was opened and there is absolutely no comparison. Patient First and its staff rate a 10+ in my book. I would certainly go there again.

Dr Ken Hurst was good and through the first time I came in after a fall, lots of help and advice and through x rays taken and read immediately. For my follow up appt I was seen by Dr Vinshtok she was even more great help, suggested prescriptions, physical therapy and advice for my recovery. I am recommending Devon Patient First for all my co workers and students.

EXCELLENT urgent care facility. Dr. Mirza was extremely patient and thorough- so lucky to have been examined by her and the attending nurses. The entire staff that Sunday was excellent. Full blood work, EKG, and other tests done promptly. Very satisfied with my visit.

Thank god they were open! Great experience. I never go to the doctors but was hit with an infection which was getting worse. I was in and out. Dr. Paul was direct and to the point and answered all my questions. The receptionists and techs were awesome!

I had a medical emergency. Went to Patient First for the first time a week ago. I was registered, had my tempertaure, blood pressure, pulse, weight checked, and a doctor assist and solve my issue. All in less than 30 minutes. Need I say more.
