Office interior is extremely run down. Chairs and carpeting need replacing but biggest problem is that each time I go for an exam the doctor is always late, exceeding a 30 minute wait. Tried several doctors at the practice and it is clearly apparent that their time is more valuable than the clients. This will be my last visit. I recommend finding another eye doctor.

I love my doctor but the office staff is terribly rude and the inability to ever call and speak to someone is impossible. Some time Ive been on hold have been 34 min, 18 min, and 22 minutes Without ever speaking to anyone. I would not recommend this office.

Theres obviously a problem with their scheduling. The waiting room was packed and the doctors were running well over an hour behind. I had to leave to return to work without seeing Dr. Witherell. I wont be returning.

Doctors and nurse practitioners are great but office staff are incredibly rude. It takes forever to talk to someone on the phone, and when you do, theyre just as rude as in person.
