The facility listed here has moved, so Google needs to update the address. Didnt much care for the Automated Check in system. Some of the staff were a bit inattentive at the desk (The X-Ray tech waiting on her patient (me) was standing right behind the reception clerk waiting for me to check in, 30 minutes after I checked in. Apparently, the front desk was too "busy" to turn around and tell her I was sitting there, and the E-mail they sent her never arrived.) However, the medical staff are much better than the administration staff. I ended up with Dr. Marshall, who in the absence of my Medical Records (Which the Big VA Lost), decided to do a complete work up and start from scratch. Ordered a battery of X-Rays and an MRI after finding a faint possibility of serious injury. Didnt have to wait long for X-Rays, nor the MRI (Which is down in Syracuse). The X-Ray machine is archaic, and although the Technician is great at her job, because she must manually load and unload each picture, it can take a while (2 Hours for Neck, back, Hip). Overall, pleased with this new facility.

This is a actually Sterling Medical out of Ohio. Remind you they where the lowest bidder this round replacing Humana. The have a hard time understanding how V.A. works. These employes are not V.A. employees. Civil suits not federal torts much easier. Dont bother going through the VA they will only inform you that they are not VA employes and there for not thier problem.

Staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. My husband is being medically discharged from the army and went here for his exam. The nurse who examined him mocked his body weight and body type while doing his tests. How unprofessional and rude is that!? Absolutely disgusted with the treatment my husband received here and will be filing a formal complaint on said nurse.

Awesome service here. I go here for both eye glasses and hearing aids. This is no longer the outpatient clinic - it moved to new location with a new contract. Only eye glasses and hearing aids here by the VA.

The VA almost always been good to me. I gave 3 stars only because when I was sick once in 2 years they didnt even tried to help me. Thank God I dont get sick often. Other than that they are ok.
