We have been to this hospital a couple times and each time was a horrible experience the staff was not very professional, The equipment, furniture, building was all outdated. I felt like we were in a prison. The total time in waiting room was 9 hours with only a few people waiting. The tests that we paid so much money for showed the cause of the extreme headache for my wife had blood on the brain, a 3cm spot, as we were frightened and was just given medicine to relieve a migraine and sent home. Not happy with the result and approx. $8,500 later we got a 2nd opinion through a neurologist and they found no blood spot on her brain he didnt know why they would state that and it was something I should not even had paid for. We will never go back to that hospital again, even if our life depended on it.

Maybe a few nurses that are nice. But, they all treat u like a dope head. Yes maybe some people do come for drugs, BUT THEYRE OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT like that. Some people dont do drugs, nor come to the ER for drugs!! Some people come to be treated by that shitty ass hospital!! They need to change the way they treat people!!!!!

They said on this paper I got the bill on that they are open Monday through Thursday 9am - 8pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. I tried to call 1 pm and 6pm on a Thursday but got no answer at all. It said they were closed. The operator even call for me and they were closed. Read Exodus 20: 16. It says not to lie. Which is what they did.

Horrible & this is not the first time! We have bn here sitting for 2 hours with the same people in the waiting room and NO ONE had been called. my son has a fever of 103!! I dont get it! If theres a next time Kent general or Beebe will get our business!

One of the worst hospitals I have ever been in. They dont really go over medications nor allergies. If needing the ER be prepared to wait forever in here. I only go here if I must or because its local

Love this hospital. Nurses and staff all my friends. There all are very nice and Christian attitude. Steve in lab gets my blood great and Debbie in day surgery is so great and caring.
