Last year their doctor performed a hystorectomy on me one year has passed and as a result of the procedure I am now diagnosed with cystocele and rectocele. When I first got evaluated by her she recommended a hystorectomy with no other alternative. Before the surgery wore a pessary for 2 years thinking a hystorectomy is the only choice I have because I have a malfunction and I trusted my doctor as well as the hospital. I thought I was in good hands with her and I can live normal again. When I went to see her she didnt seem surprised at all and blamed my active lifestyle(I am a stay at home mum not an athlete). I told her that a pink ball was coming out and she said in the most scarstic tone we know all about your pink balls. She hurriedly fitted me with a pessary and went on her way telling me that the only other option for me is another surgery. I went to see her yet again because the pessary is very painful and I asked her to refit me with another one, none of them worked. She said I can live with the problem until surgery. Now Im worse off before I had surgery, never once she mention physical therapy when I had a fully functioning uterus, never once she mentioned lifting the uterus. Im 36 fulltime mum taking care of two toddlers and walking around with a falling bladder.I had to ask her for a referral for a physical therapist. Its difficult to do day to day tasks. Now I have to find another doctor and look for a physical therapist.Im never letting her perform another surgery on me.

Horrible waste of time- used to see Dr Fuentes at medical associates of monroe county- stopped seeing him there because I waited multiple times more then an hour for appointment that was scheduled well in advance. I thought maybe it was a problem with the office in general- decided to give it another try with Dr Fuentes at new facility....wrong- made appt. 3 weeks in advance to be 1st appt. of the day, arrived 15 minutes early and after 40 minutes past appt. time I walked out. He obviously intentionally overbooks - not sure why his time is worth more then mine I currently run 2 of my own businesss and would never operate that way, must be just greed on his part

I went to have a few tests done. Not sure if anyone will look or be interesting in my comments but the experience stood out to me. As someone who HATES Dr offices and just medical stuff in general this office was really nice. Everyone was very professional and the whole experience is very comfortable. They give you a robe and gown to change into when your waiting for your tests. (I needed mri) and then they take you to each individual room for each test. It was nice and put my nerves at Ease. Even the hall ways were warm, if you have the options to have a test done here do it here. :)
