This is the worst place I ever dealt with! I cant really say much about the doctors because my husband and me only visited this health center once, respectively twice for an annual physical which was part of our new health insurance. I was very surprised that my husband got a 2nd appointment for his annual physical while I only had to come in once. At this point, let me make clear that he did not have any new health issues at that point. He was neither seeking medical advise, nor did he want anything else to be done apart from a regular annual physical. A few weeks after our visit bills were coming in. My husband got charged for around 92$ and me for 20$.No idea why. I tried to call the billing hotline stated on the letter but never got anyone on the phone. My husband and me left 4 messages on the voice mail asking to be contacted regarding this matter. No one ever got back to us. So I went to Mercy in Plymouth Meeting again and spoke with the receptionist. She said that my bill was for the co-pay and as for my husband, she could not tell. I pulled up my credit card statement and showed her that the 20$ had gotten paid on the day of the consultation. She confirmed to me that she could also see this in her system. She promised to hand over both bills to the billing department and that someone would get back to us. No one did. So my husband and me decided to write a letter in which I included an extract of my credit card statement. No one reacted on that either. Bills kept on coming in for my husband and risked to go to collections. So I went to Mercy again. This time the receptionist gave me a different phone number for the billing department and I finally managed to talk to someone. Too bad that she wasnt in charge and had to transfer me to someone else. That lady (not very friendly, by the way) explained to me that if my husband comes in twice, they cant declare both visits as an annual physical. (Okay, does that have to be my problem now?) I said to the lady that the doctor did not do anything outside of an annual physical. During the first appointment she only asked questions, during the 2nd visit she then did the physical examination. When I asked the lady what we are actually getting charged for with 92$, she said that she could not tell but that there was a lady, Mrs. M. which could take a look into that. I thereupon called that lady and she said that she couldnt explain straight away but that she would get back to my husband as soon as she had cleared this up with the doctor. She did NOT get back to us. My husband called another 3 times and left voice mails, asking her to get back to him. She never did. In the end my husband paid the 92$ to avoid that the bill goes to collections. I had not heard about my 20$ bill for weeks - until today. Again the same bill in the mail with the following note: "The balance is patients responsibility. Please remit payment or contact us with updated ins." Maybe Im too dump to get it but my co-pay is 20$ and thats what I already settled back in February. I really wouldnt know what I still owe them. Too bad for me that no one over there considers to help you with any billing questions. All you can do is accept the bills and pay it before they go to collections one day. Your chances of anyone willing to take a look into such a matter are towards zero and you will not get any answer what you got billed for in the end. My husband and me feel like being ripped off and will not recommend this place to anyone - unless that person is looking for never ending hassle and for loosing money. Everyone we dealt with couldnt really have cared less...

BEWARE! Most of the office staff I dealt I found to be imcompetent, disrespectful, bascially can not do the most simple job of getting a message to a Dr! I called several times regarding a question and had to REPEAT my story to 5 different people (3 who were down right rude) and when I finally raised HELL my Dr. got on the phone. He didnt even know why I was calling which clearly states they never even spoke to him about my concern in the first place! They wanted me to come in for a blood test which I asked for a referral to go to Quest, they said no I needed to come in. Why? To get money from me for a Copay which I told them I did not have. They are ONLY out for money and will make you come in for non needed tests rather then send you a referral! My Dr. said someone would send me out a referral, 3 weeks and I still hadnt received it. I called, told the girl at the front desk I hadnt received it, she said she would call me back by 4pm; a week later and I was still waiting for my call back! It is horrible to have to change Drs. because the office staff are incompetent, brainless knuckle heads! Do NOT waste your time going here, NOT WORTH the stress or hassle! Find a Dr. with more professional office staff who wont BOTCH things up on your end!

1st appointment! Worst.. worst.... worst .. inside the exam room i waited 3 hours.. the doctor barged in and in 3 mins he was out and the intern doctor handed me the prescription! 2nd appointment The worst place ever!!! I am diabetic and i got an endocrinology appointment for october 17, 2014 . On Monday 13th i got a call from a lady from the office and confirmed the appointment on 17th. I needed prescriptions, so on 17th i.e today i went there, the front desk guy, an incompetent person, told me that doctor doesnt come on Fridays!!!!!! He said that this is the only place where this particular doctor works. When i looked in my insurance website, I saw her name at-least 3 places near my area. People if you can find any other place please dont go there!!

Went here only out of desperation... Lived up to my expectations i.e. it was a hamster wheel where they do not tell you your test results over the phone so that you have to come in so that they can get money out of you. Doctor I saw laughed at my concerns, told me that there was nothing wrong with me, claimed that the medication I was being given was working when I told her that it wasnt. For a while, I really believed that I would be helped, but I guess I was wrong. Would give zero stars if it were an option. Hope this helps anyone looking to avoid a bad doctor. I guess I shouldnt be surprised that a doctor that practices out of a kiosk in a mall is not remotely competent.

I love that the wait is minimal, the staff is friendly, the doctors (I have seen) are great, they are open before and after work and on weekends. The doctors from the hospital are there instead of Suburban and they have the patient portal. I usually go shopping or for a bite to eat afterwards making it a destination where I can knock two things off my to-do list. I would give Brendan, in the lab, a 5 star shout out.
