Its practically impossible to find a family practice these days that is NOT busy, so this is NO excuse for rudeness. I found the staff at this office to be very rude and unfriendly. I was simply trying to ask a few questions and was treated as though everything and everyone else in the office was more important than myself at the time. It is very discouraging to me because as I mentioned, ALL doctors offices are busy. I just dont feel it should be a "bonus" to recieve politeness and respect at a doctors office. I do understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes, but again, its no excuse to take that out on someone who is simply trying to ask a question. Having a backround in customer service myself, I always try to treat people in a manner in which I would like to be treated. Unfortunately, the staff in this office do not seem to have a similar mindset. The rude and unfriendly way I was treated was too extreme to let go unheard.

Since I just saw this review from 5 years ago let me state that the office staff in 2015 is exceptionally kind and helpful. I have not witnessed any rudeness and they seem to go out of their way to help and understand that I cant pick things up at the office sometimes because of my schedule and they are ver accomodating. Maybe the staff has changed I dont know. I wish the office was a bit closer to my home in Vineland and had evening hours at least once a week.I find the Doctors and staff very thorough.

These people are the nicest Quaker/Christian people you could meet. Ive been going to them for 50 years. Ive gone to other doctors over the years and keep coming back. Niceness aside the doctors are very intelligent and up to date and have never let me down. Most of the time they will see you same day you call.
