City Health Centers are extremely helpful to the community. They are low-cost clinics - insurance is not needed. These Health Centers offer many services such as Prenatal Care, Family Planning (birth control), Gyn, Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, and Dental. They have their own ON-SITE labs, pharmacies, and xray departments that can be utilized by their patients. If you know someone who is struggling (with or without insurance) to afford medical care - please suggest a city health center. A lot of Philadelphians do not know about their services. Spread the word!

I have a nice doctors that ask questions and if I have a problem the nurse will let him know whats going on with me before I get called. It doesnt take that long to be seen depending on how many patients he has and he always make sure I get enough of my diabetes medicine. They have different parts of the clinic for different medical care.

Never answer the 4 different phone numbers thats listed, all staff must have taken the lets be mean and nasty orientation, Dr Duckworth is excellent and takes time with you, thats the ONLY reason I still go there.
