Absolute worst healthcare service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment with Dr Bolock at 8am after I was feeling sick even after visiting the hospital. I made it to the office around 8:15am and the receptionist checked me in, all good. She calls me about 15 minutes later and says my appointment was for 8am and they declared me as a no call no show and there is nothing she can do. As I start getting defensive, as she just wasted more of my time, nurse kay greets me with a rude tone and "Whats wrong with you?" So I told her, my face is completely swollen, I cannot swallow, Im throwing up, I feel as if I have a fever. She stops me there and shoves the thermometer into my ear and she goes, "99 degrees, youre perfectly fine." Really? Completely rude and disrespectful. Come to find out I had strep throat and mono and my throat was nearly completely closed. It doesnt end there, my father just happens to go to Dr. Bolock as well for his blood pressure. He had an appointment a few weeks after me. He came 20 minutes early and nurse Kay checks him in, brings him to his waiting room, all good. My father was waiting 55 minutes for Dr Bolock to see him. 55 minutes!!!! Are you kidding me?? My father left, he does not have all day to wait for a doctor that obviously does not care in the first place. So it seems you cannot be early or god forbid late around this place. So disappointed, you would think people in this field would be a little more caring or even professional.

Ive been a patient for 9 years (only go about 1-2 times a year for care) and when I called on a Wednesday at 8AM to schedule a Sick Visit they literally told me that the next available appointment wasnt until Friday at 2:10PM. I dont know what has happened but dont expect quality care from a facility that wont take you for 2-3 days for a Sick visit. Its a shame that its come down to this. No one wants to feel abandoned by a long time healthcare facility when theyre at their most vulnerable. Id elsewhere for quality care that provides you appropriate timing for care.

Ive called twice so far & theres no message about hours of operations. The message sounds like theyre open but nobody is answering the calls.Now I have to drive over to Careworks Urgent Care.

For the most part family doctors are great. Very good when you need something. Pediatrics a different story. They should get the family doctors playbook

Dr Yusko is great. Nurses are great. Reception & phone reception are terrible!
