i like others have medical assistance and not many places except it. had been getting teeth filled (the lady who was doing the fillings did a poor job), however you couldnt tell until later after you where no longer numb. DR. JONES NEVER CAME IN TO CHECK HER WORK. I went in on may 2, 2016 to have a tooth pulled he gave me shots of novicane , 2 inside by tounge, 2 on outside by check, and 1 straight back, (all 5 shots at a time) still wasnt numb. He did this 3 times - all 5 shots at a time. Never got numb. he wrote out a referal to have all my teeth surgically removed, at my request (not going to go thru it all again) I was referd to clarks oral surgery. Before i even left i called for an appointment, was told they couldnt see me until DEC 2016!! I told the lady there I cant deal with that until DEC 2016. She put me on hold, came back and told me they could see me at 1 pm (same day) if i could get there. Of course i said YES. went up there was seen by the lady doing exam and she told me it wouldnt go numb because it was infected! Clarks oral surgery gave me an antibiotic (I believe it was him) however nothing for pain. he stated he dont do that until after he has them removed. Appointment was given to me for Dec22, 2016 to pull them. i took the appointment but called daily to see if anyone canceled. I was given pain meds by my family doctor. from May til Nov 2016 (was able to be seen, and have them all removed) VERY RUDE, AND DONT CARE BECAUSE WELFARE INSURANCE NOT TAKEN AT MANY PLACES. Now i had to wait for dentures. I had an appointment for March 22, 2017 just for a impression. Well I called on Tuesday to confirm my appointment. Well wouldnt you know they didnt even have me scheduled!! Dentist office kept saying no you dont. Hang up from them i get my paper work out and call them back, YEP ITWAS SCHEDULED!! Then i faxed the paper with the date and time, I GET WELL IM SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU!! I JUST NEEDED TO GET AN IMPRESSION DONE. Now i have to see them first to see if I still want dentures?!?! I have to teeth and your asking ifi want them?? They refused to do that before have get seen!! STILL WAITING...... ID GIVE A LARGE - EXTRA LARGE NEG. NUMBER

I have had many dental issues needed a root canal paid out of pocket for it then complained about my mouth and i needed fillings by the root canal they filled the filling came home to some serious pain called them they told me to take ibprofin and a tylonal the lady actually described what a tylonal looked like as if i was dumb well that said an argument and some angry voicmails i was discharged form the practice had to wait for my money cause the crown wasnt finished waited a month for the fefund for the crown but in tne meantime got a second opinion the post they did looked okay but they forgot a root and it got reinfected to where i need sugery or the pull the tooth and after spending 1500 to fix it which the guaranteed me the root canal would be a 100 percentage fix now im arguing to get my refund for tne root canal and post back and for them to fix it and pay for the crown to be done ive been in misery for a.month to two diffrent dr a dentist who gave me the second opinion and antbiotic and my primary phys who gave me anti inflmatory so i can breath since fluid is bulding up in my nose so bad i cant breath while they put it to their review board seriously im about to file for pain and suffering since i have to deal with this oh and the second opinionon was out of my pocket too i wouldnt even give ot a one star and i think when they did my fillings they messed up my root canal temporay seal by grinding down it the dr didnt even due my fillings that were so close to the root canal she had some other person who is not a dr do it BEWARE THEY TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING PAPER AFTER THE FACT THEIR OFFICE IS LIKE A PUPPY MILL GO TO A PRIVATE DENTIST YOUR MUCH BETTER OFF

Lazy fat ugly worthless Dumbest rudest perverted phony dentists I ever saw. Antiqued equipment and tiny rooms in a smelly office that should be condemned. I thought I was gonna see a rat come out of the closet even. Only to be charged to refer me to another specialist 100 miles away from my house in Scranton. that even charges more than the Asian female dentist closer to my house than this dump. So you basically waste your day, gas only to be refereed to another idiot doctor friend if theirs. I called that place to and they dont even know what they are talking about either. I think its a racket, and your stupid to go here, cause they are gonna all get locked up. And they have 100% turn around on the overworked help that just came out of the local Hillbilly school here that does the Xrays and cleaning. I think they use Family in their name cause your kids are dumb and trust anybody you tell them to only to drill unneeded holes all over their mouth. I get another opinion out of state and sue them for malpractice then if I was you. But Im not, I went elsewhere. I can do my own referrals, no thank you. Dont forget to buy my biography. Went to dentist after the 3 Rd time. They didnt approve that I brought my daughter who is 3. She was exceptionally well behaved and they gave me an attitude cuz they didnt appreciate it. Too bad. I find them to be asshats. I always brought my children wherever I go. I do not believe in babysitters or lousy daycares which there are many of bad ones in pike county. So screw u if u got a problem I brought my kid. Then u lose a client. They werent friendly and got me agitated 3 separate visits. Today was the worse. Because they got snotty with me cuz I would not allow Piper go to any of them to babysit her sorry. I dont know u and no one is touching my kid. Screw u.

I honestly cant standthis place but im poor and have welfare insurance! I have to go to this place unfortuantly but they tried to pull a molar and caused me pain and in the end were unable to pull my molar and are now trying to send me to to sirgeon for the tooth and now they want me to remove my wisdom teeth as well ! I am so unhappy!
