The Driving Experience
Went for crown consultation, but Dr Terrery found 3 cavities that he suggested to get filled. The staff never called my insurance to check for X Ray eligibility and did the Xray anyway, insurance declined, and I received the bill from the office for $160. I had bargain with Dr Terrery to not have to pay. On the next visit, he filled all 3 cavities in 30 min. He said during the process that he had to drill one deeper then normal. These teeth did not bother me before, but after the fillings were put in, they are all sensitive and the one that he had to "drill deeper" now hurts and I need medication to cope. I will need a root canal now b/c of my visit at the office. The office manager is very unpleasant. She told me that doctor does not call patients back when I asked to speak with the Doc. The dental assistants are very nice on the other hand.

I give Terrery Dental zero stars. I only hit one star cos you cannot post without giving a star. I am reading the reviews and I have those very experiences. Went for a filling and Dr. Terrery spent maybe seven to ten minutes to DRILL WAY TOO DEEP into my tooth and left there needing a root canal which his nurse told me he does not do. I was told that he does not speak with patients by the nurse who was ROTTEN TO THE CHORE. She made false allegations in an unsigned, undated letter she sent to my home. I could go on and on but STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTISTRY!! I am still in pain since 7/14/17!

This is a very strange doctor, he refused to accept my child, only because I asked him a question. Before the procedure, I asked the doctor which of my daughters teeth needed a filling? He jabbed at the screen, shouted im done, im done and ran out of the room, and refused to do the fillings. At the desk, the nurse said that it is important for the doctor to feel comfortable in order for them to work on a client. Since when can you not ask a doctor a question, especially when they are about to work on your kid? All of this is very strange. Honestly, Im shocked.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Terrery for years. Although hubby has been blessed with good teeth, Dr. Terrery has diagnosed a needed root canal, constructed a new bridge for a missing tooth, and installed porcelain veneers for me. I am very happy with my smile and the service we receive. All of the assistants are patient and kind and we have received excellent care of the years. I would highly recommend his office!

Dr. Terrery was professional, his staff was excellent and he completed the work I needed done in one sitting. I was anxious about my proceedure but it was done efficiently and with very little pain which I was thankful for. The office and the equipment looked modern and clean. I am overall very happy with the care that I received, would go back to him again as well as recommend him to others.

Awesome dentist and professional staff 24/7...Highly recommend Dr. "T", he is always professional and his work is outstanding. Takes his time and explains everything in detail. His staff NEVER pressures you when they call or send a msg to remind you of your appointment that you made. Courtesy and professional is an understatement.... I called with what for me was a major emergency. The office took me right in and cared for me during their lunch hour! Not only was the entire staff amazing, Dr Terrery made me feel comfortable and at ease and that my emergency was important to him and his staff!!! Im so Very pleased with my experience and will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a dentist!!

BEWARE !!! Stay away. Caused me nothing but pain. Stole my money and took away over a year of my life with the pain and misery he put me through. The reason you see so much advertising from this practice is that Terrery is attempting to compensate for NON-RETURNING business. PLEASE !!!! .... do yourself a favor and go elsewhere AT ANY COST !!!

I have been to a lot of dentists. This is a highly efficient office. You are in and out quickly with short wait times. What I like the best is the quality of the work. Just as you are getting antsy for the work to be done its finished to perfection.

Sorry this place just screws with your teeth and makes problems so they can give you some bs and say it was there and schedule you another appointment to fix there fuckup. WOULDNT RECOMMEND... STAY AWAY
