They dont allow you in the back room ...when your five year old daughter is getting her teeth drilled a traumatic traumatizing event and your children cant even be comforted by the fact that their parent is in the same room as them their excuse is they have 3 chairs in the back and are working on too many people at one time so you rather work on many people at once then trying to make a small childs experience of getting their teeth filled a good one its all about money I will no longer be taking my child or children to this dentist and its a shame they like going to the dentist but once I found out you were not allowed in the back room while they are drilling your childrens teeth makes me question what goes on back there. Im going to them for 5 years .... were are all just another ins # to them!

The older woman at the front desk is a completely miserable and nasty human being who degrades, yells at, and talks down to her co workers in front of patients. She pretty much told me I wasted their time when I got there for my appointment and couldnt be seen (because of insurance issues) when she told me "We couldve use this time slot for someone who could have actually been seen". Other than her the staff and the hygienist we encountered (Chanel i believe?) were more than friendly and understanding about my situation. I will be back but will not be speaking with that lady.

I took my 6 year old daughter to the Bartonsville location. I could not be happier with the staff! I cannot say enough about them! What a great group of medical professionals! From the ladies at the front desk to the dental hygenists to the dentist and everybody else in between. They are very kind which is what I was looking for. Will never take my daughter to another Pediatric Dentist.

This is the worst pediatric dentist. The hygienist are very unprofessional. They treated my 11 year old bother and 7 year old sister horrible. I would never recommend this dentist because the hygienist. Alexia was very unprofessional. I rate this office a 0.

Front Staff were great however they claimed my son had 9 cavities, I went back and then they claimed he had 5 and needed a crown... I went for a second opinion to another dentist and was told he does NOT have any cavities at all!!
