Horrible place.. Indian women has no repect. The office sent my friend to collections for $10 and she was with their practice for over 10 years she paid all of her other bills and apparently when she moved they did not update her address so she never got the mail. It is a horrible place to work, staff are never happy they go through staff like clock work. The hygienist is on drugs she smokes weed and takes Molly. All he xares about is money so he keeps her on. Dr Cichon will tall you out of your money, and complain to his staff about the patients. He messed up my partials and made it seem like it was my fault when he cemented my crown in wrong. Horrible place STAY AWAY!!! He does not care about you just your money.

Dr. Cichon and his staff are INCREDIBLE! Works with patients, is caring, considerate and understands the needs of his patients too! Ive been going to him for going on 15+ years and if he were horrible like some claim he is, I still wouldnt be going there! His office staff is pleasant and Dr. Cichon doesnt deserve the negative reviews hes gotten here either! If anyone is doing drugs, I dont think its any of his staff, I think its those leaving the negative, bitter reviews! They should get a life already! Bitter SOBs! His office has gone above and beyond for me over these 15 years and I STRONGLY recommend him to others I know who need quality dental work done at an affordable price! :-)

The Indian woman @ the desk must be Dr. Cichons wife, because no employee would be able to get away with speaking to patients the way she does. Had a run in with another employee when trying to make an appt. She is RUDE, unprofessional, & condescending....RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, abrupt & unapologetic! Dr. Cichon is a great dentist, but these women are ruining his business.

Christine in the office is incompetent. She is rude, unprofessional and clearly should not be representing this practice due to her poor skills. Dr. Cichon should hire more professional help, then patients may not leave his practice.
